Dark Pit 1 (11-11-2016)

You: *faced with the choice of pit or dark pit you glance around and feel your face flush with heat.* (oh this is embarrassing they're all staring at me...)

Pittoo: *anxiously awaits your choice between him or his light half, but tries to pretend he doesn't care.*

Pit: *smiles his finger still on his nose. Because he didn't understand the game was over.*

You: *think back to the one day you had spent with both of them. Sure you had spent many days watching pit fight but pittoo was so gentle once you got past the hard exterior, and part of you wanted to crack that shell wide open to see what was inside. You make your choice and stand up.* "alright then... I chose dark pit."

Pittoo: *spins around to face half annoyed half surprised.* "me? I told you I don't sing..."

You: *grin and grab his arm.* "you were ok with it back at the brawl hall..."

Pittoo: "not in front of the guys..."

You: "they are already jealous of your talent in fighting now is your chance to get another one up and be better at singing then them too... come on we can do it."

Pittoo: "alright... but only one time... and if this ends badly I blame you..." *he stands up and grudgingly follows you while the others all cheer.* "pick the song..."

You: *point in the book following the duets to find any you recognize. Then you hit the song from high school musical and you grin.* "perfect... play c-34." <- because secretly Dark pit is a disney fan.

Pittoo: *looking at the screen very irritated. He's never done this before and he's extremely nervous.* "living in my own world.... Didn't understand... that anything can happen.... when you take a chance...." *frowns* (this is stupid...)

You: "I never believed in... what I couldn't see.... I never opened my heart.... To all the possibilities. I know that something has changed."

Both: "never felt this way. And right here to tonight. This could be the start of something new. It feels so right to be here with you."

Pittoo: "oooohhhh"

You: "and now looking in your eyes. I feel in my heart..."

Both: "the start of something new..."

*the others are completely floored by the energy coming the two of you by the end of the song.*

Pittoo: *smiles a real smile for the first time since you've met him.* "well that was... impressive to say the least..."

You: "you weren't half bad either..." *grin*

Link: *turns to Toon link* "hey I'll buy you a drink if you come up there with me and show these pussies how to belt it."

Toon link: "what'd you have in mind?"

Link: "save a horse ride a cowboy. Come on we do it all the time but this time for real." <- because link likes country music.

Toon link: *grins* "if we do this it's going to start a singing war... you really want that on your hands?"

Link: "we will win, come on! We're doing this!"

*link and Toon link switch places with you and pittoo. And sign the song they wanted to. Brooks and dun 'save a horse ride a cowboy'*

Pittoo: "you know... you have a very beautiful voice..." *half smiles.*
