C 5 : On the chair =='

I spent about 2 hours standing on that chair. If I was on a stage, people will think I'm modelling. I bet they'll even think I'm a mannequin ! I want to sit down and rest my tired legs so bad, but with Karbon near me I wouldn't risk it . She'll come bouding at me even at the slightest movements I make. If a dangled my legs from the chair, she'll be jumping and scratching my legs. And I'm wearing shorts !

i like karbon.. She's sweet and all, but I can't handle hyperactive dogs ! 

She very restless and she's just too hyper !

2 hours, 15 minutes on the chair. My phone's battery is down to 40. If no one comes and rescues me in 1 hour, I'm so dead. I can't last without my phone ! What will I do up here without it ? Look at the scenery ?! There's no scenery to look at ! 

I heard the rumbling of thunder. Ohno .. This is bad.

The sky started to darken a bit. C'mon ! It's 2 pm - it's supposed to be bright and sunny according to the weather report ! 

Rain. Rain drizzled down on me. Faaaantastic !

Awesome - I'm stuck standing here out in the open when Karbon is relaxing under the shade .

Way to go to pick a defence fort, Khloe ! 

I quickly stashed my phone into my pocket . The last thing I wanted was my phone to get wet. 

I should reeeeeaally make a run for it, but the rain was starting to make puddles on the concrete floor and i'm sure to slip and fall !

I don't think I would manage to outrun Karbon, anyway. I made that conclusion a half hour ago, when I tried to escape. 

This is what happened :

karbon got up and walked over to her water bowl. She was 2 meters away from me and she seemed pretty preoccupied with her drinking. So, I decided to risk it and escape. I landed onto the ground with a 'flapp' of my slipper and I think I landed a bit too loud. She immediately came running after me . I jumped back up onto my safe chair. 

Karbon looked disappointed. I guess she thought I wanted to play with her. 

She went back to her bowl and continued drinking .

This time, I thought better to land without a sound. I crept towards the door slowly. But, unfortunately, I was way to slow. Karbon spotted me and chased me around. I ran as fast as I could to get to the door but she was faster. The chair was nearer to me than the door, so I reluctantly ran to the chair and hopped up. 

OK - Now, It's raining. My hair is already wet through and all I'm hoping that there's no lightning or thunder.

Soon enough, I heard the purr of a car engine. I was at the back garden so I couldn't possibly see if it was Garreth's car. 

10 minutes passed. I grunted. 100% sure it wasn't them. I sighed. 

Much to my relief, I heard the distant 'splish splosh' sound of feet stepping on puddles. I'm drenched in rainwater and I'm hoping hard that it's them. 

My feet are wet and slippery against my rubber slippers. I feel like I can slip off any moment.

"Damon?" I called out. Nothing. "Garreth?" I called out in a sing song voice. Still nothing. I don't think they can hear me. The rain was getting pretty loud. I'm not even sure that it's them. For all I know, they could be burglars or murderers or a psyco or even a hobo ! 

But by the sound of the footsteps, I can tell there is two of 'em.

I tried yelling a little louder this time. "Damon ! Garreth ! Back here !!" I almost slipped and fell of the chair but I manage to keep my balance. 

OK- maybe it wasn't such a bright idea to give away my location... But SOMEONE had to find me !

I stood facing the wet white slightly mossy brick wall , with my arms crosses over my chest. 

I heard the sound of feet splasing in puddles and I held my breath in anticipation. 

The side gate was yanked open and a voice greeted me "Hello there.." 

I turned around and my mouth fell open in shock.

Hey ! Hope u like this chapter . So far its my favourite. 

Just to let you know, Karbon is a real dog. She's my dog. =) 

All that happened in real life, just without the part with the guys, the rain and the long hours~

Actually, I stood there for only abt 15 minutes ,then I ran in the house for dinner ^^
