"What- no pizza for me?"
"No.", I said defensively.
"Yeah. Didn't anyone tell you that only Awesome People get to eat with out princess?", Jace said metter of factly, but still had a hint of playfullness
"Haha. Very funny." Damon said flatly.
I tried not to look at him.
"Hey..Khloe..", Damon said lifting my chin ever so gently. He looked into my eyes and I could see his eyes were filled with guilt , sadness and pity.
They guys all looked at us with mouths hanging open and there wasn't a single sound.
I took a deep breath and looked away. Damon took me by my shoulders and embraced me. He was so gentle .
I couldn't help but hug him back because deep down, I just wanted to forgive him for what happened.
I put my arms around his neck and put my head on his chest. I whispered, "I'm sorry"
"It's all my fault, Khloe. I'm sorry.", he whispered softly and stroked my hair gently.
We broke apart and looked at each other.
"We're good ?", I asked timidly.
"Yeah. Of course.", he smiled
Damon bent in closer to me and said, "Just so you know, I still love you."
"Don't push it, dude. One step at a time.", I warned him playfully.
"Awwwww..." , the guys said at the same time and pretended to sob.

Once all that mushy stuff was out of the way , we felt more relaxed and happy.
We were all sitting on the floor talking about back home.
"About home..", Travis said and nudged Damon in the ribs. Damon shot him a glare that meant 'shut it, dude!' .
Travis wiggled his eyebrows at Damon and the others and pointed at me.
Damon shrugged and said, "oh well, herre I go.."
"What's going on?", I ask suspiciously.
Damon cleared his throat and then said, "My parents wanted to meet you , you know.."
"Your.. Parents?", I asked , a bit panicked.
"Yeah.. And they found that no one was at home at your place and assumed that you were out or something."
"Weren't you home?", I asked
"Nahh.. I was.. ", he paused, "..out."
"Out." , I repeated. I wonder what 'out' meant. "And I'm guessing by the look on your face that they made another trip back to find me?" , I guessed.
"Yeah.. About that..", Damon trailed off and looked at the guys.
Jake, Jace, Mike and Travis chuckled.
"Damon's parents got quite a shock when they found four strippers in your house instead of a psychologist girl.", Mike snickered.
"You we stripping in my house?!?! ," I shrieked, looking at them disgustingly.
"Nooooo.... We were.. Uh.. Getting ready for our jobs at the time.. So, it was their faults for barging into the house!" , Jake defended
"Yeah! And we took quite a while to convince them that we were drunk and came into the wrong house.", Mike said
"But sadly, they disn't buy it. So, we told them the truth. ", Jake said
"The edited truth.", Jace added and grinned mischieviously.
"Ohno.." I looked at them with a horrified expression. "What did you do ?" I gasped.
They explained how they told Damon's shocked parents that I'm studying and that the four half naked guys were in my house. In conclusion, Damon's secret of being a stripper as a job was revealed along with the fact that the four guys in the house were also strippers and the psychologist girl of a neighbor was close friends with the strippers. All in all, the parents didn't take it so well and wanted an explanation from the psychologist girl, which is me.
I slapped myself on the forehead and shook my head at their patheticness.
"Now what ?", i aksed in exasperation.
"Umm.. Thats not all..", Damon said.
"What ?"
"Uhh.. I told them you're my neighbor and... Umm.."
"And?"
