Love And Basketball

The Beggining

Chasity Rivers is mixed her mom is white and her dad was black, she is a light skin with blue eyes and she is in love with basketball and her boyfriend Kyle. She lives in Los Angeles, California. She is 16 years old and an only child, lives with her single mother.

Chasity's POV

"Chasity!"

"Coming mom!", I yell as I run down the stairs throwing my backpack across my shoulder. Before I reach the last step I jump down.

"Yes mom", I say breathless.

"Do you have everything for your game today?"

"Yes yes inhaler, shorts, shoes, headband"

"Did you do your chores and homework ?"

"Yes mom everything is done"

"Okay because your going really far today,and I dont want you to forget anything "

"I got everything mom"

"Okay honey I'm off to work your money is in your snack bag"

"Okay", I say kissing her cheek before she leaves.

"Love you and good luck ",she shouts before she shuts the door.

When she leaves I grab my snackbag out the refrigerator and check it.

"Chips,oranges,apples,water,gatorade,and 20 dollars as always"

I put the bag in my sports bag and go to the bathroom to check myself in the mirror before I leave. My hazelnut hair is pulled into a messy bun,I spritz some Beyonce on and head out the door grabbing my keys off the hook as I go.

At School

"Chasity!"

I spin around as I hear the sound of the love of my life,Kyle Johnson, quarter back, captain of the football team ,6'5', green eyes , and yes he is white . We've been dating for 1 year. But boy oh boy did I love him.

"Kyle".

I run into his open arms as he lifts me up and I wrap my legs around his waist , after all I'm only 5'2'. I lift my head up as he pulls me into an enchanting kiss.

He puts me down afterwards.

"Hey baby", he says as he smiles at her.

She giggles. "Hi Kyle"

"Are you ready for your game today"

"Yeah I'm actually pretty excited"

He grabs my hand and we start walking.

"Hey Kyle", said a sweet voice too sweet if you ask me coming from Selena Livingston a.k.a. Little Miss Popular . She has everything she wanted because her parents were rich but that doesn't give her the right to step on people's toes like she does. She has everyone's boyfriend wrapped around her finger. Except mine which makes her mad so she pretty much hates me.

"Selena", he replies in a bitter tone but he also gives her a weird face expression

She walks away with a smug expression

"Well that went well", I said as I laughed

"Yeah I'm a little tired of her ", he replies

*Bell Rings*

"Well I'd better go class.Its on the other side of school "

"Okay" he pulls me into a long kiss "love you babe"

"Ditto", I yell as I'm already running to class

Later that Day

Loudspeaker Announcement : "Please release all basketball players to the buses for there game"

I gather my things and run out of chemistry as happy as can be. Before going to the bus I meet Kyle in our usual spot before my games

"Good luck Chas", he says right before he grabs me by the waist and kisses me hard and long until I pull away

"I have to go but I love you"

"Love you too be safe baby. Are you sure you haven't forgotten anything"

"Yeah positive" I say as I run off

I get on the bus and put all my things in my reserved seat (with Maxine) when I remember Kyle still has my school id.

"Shit coach I have to go get my I'd from Kyle"

"Make it quick Rivers we leave in ten minutes"

And with that I'm running off the bus and back to the school. I ran all the way back to our spot but he wasn't there. I was dashing down the hall to his 5 period class when something caught my eye. I spun back around ..I couldn't believe my eyes. I gasped which caused them to turn around.

Kyle reacted fast by pushing her off of him and rushing up to me

"Chasity baby it's not what you think"

"Oh so now you think I'm fucking blind like I didn't just see your tongues down each other's fucking throats!", I scream through tears.

"Look Chas it's not like that"

By now my face was soaked with tears.

"Can I have my id please"

"Ok" he says handing it to her . "But Chasity baby you have to kno-"

"No Kyle I don't want to hear it were done I-I-I have to go",I say running off the last thing I hear is him yell my name.

"Chasity Chasity No!"
