PREVIOUSLY: Two figures appear in the one-room hut of Gilioniel Sunrij and Sapphire Jones

I jumped up off of my jacket bed thing, and grabbed a dagger off the ground I had kept next to me in case of emergency.

Gilion woke up, and jumped up with me. The two figures just stood there, unalarmed by our sudden movement. I attacked one of the figures, but it's fist collided straight into my nose, making it bleed slightly. Gilion attacked them too, getting into a full fight. They went on for a while, until one of the figures did a 360, kicking Gilion in the gut.

"We have not come to hurt you." The tallest figure (most likely a dude) said. "We have come with information for both of you."

"My name is Ke'ala Sage Terina Sparks." The other figure said. It was a girl, the shorter of the two. "But you can call me either Sage or Kay."

"I'm Hale Roead Xqen Hotharu." The male figure said. "We are here to tell you about your origin, Sapphire."

"Don't forget about Gilioniel." Kay whispered. All throughout this Gilion and I were just standing listening, afraid to put our guards down. Hale took Gilion outside to discuss something, while Kay stayed to discuss something with me. I turned on a flashlight and sat down, motioning for Kay to do the same.

"You know your father, right?" She asked me already knowing the answer. I nodded anyway. "Well, I am aware that he had stopped talking to you a while ago." She paused to push back a lock of her midnight black hair, streaked with blue. "I'm here to discuss with you the reason. You see, your father is very different from who you think he is. In fact, you thought he was human didn't you? Well, he's certainly not, and neither are you. I am also very aware that you found your powers recently. Oh yes, powers. Well first, let me-"

I cut her off, "If we aren't human, then what are we?"

"That's what I was trying to explain." She told me. "All four of us, including Gilioniel, are a part of a different species. We are made to look like humans, so we fit in well with the human society. One out of three people of our species are chosen to mate with the opposite sex, of a human. Then, the babies born of our species get good healthcare and live a happy life upon the human world. So basically, what I'm telling you, is that your father is our species, and your mother isn't your mother. Your mother is in our world as we know it, excited to finally meet you. I know what you are wondering, then why did your mother think she was your mother? She thought that merely because your father pulled illusions on her, making her think she birthed you. What I'm saying is, when your mother was asleep, your father injected her with a serum that have her a very realistic dream that lasted about four days, so that when she woke up she thought you were her birth child."

I just kinda sat there in awe at what I was listening. I never thought anything much about myself, and I never really thought I had much talents. "So what about these powers you say?"

"Everyone of our species has a power...err, well, a group of specified powers, each with a certain color. The color runs in the family, but you all have at least one type of different power. Also, with the color you have, you also have an element, or two to go along with. So say mine is green, my element would be earth. You, as you probably realized are the color blue, because of the blue fire coming from your veins when you first discovered your power. That blue fire, actually wasn't fire though, it was lighting. Also you most likely noticed the water coming from the windows- your color is blue and your elements are lighting and water."

I stood there, dumbfounded at what I just learned about myself. I laid back against the floor, and let my head process what just happened. "So what your telling me is, I am some human looking species with strange elemental powers and my mom isn't my mom?"

"Exactly, you get it!" She smiled. "Oh and one more thing, your color appears on you after a while." She reaches into a backpack she brought and takes out a mirror.

"What?" I ask.

"I guess you haven't looked in the mirror in a long time." She pointed the mirror towards me. I stared at myself now. My once blonde hair had turned a brilliant blue, matching my name. My eyes stayed the same (still a blue). I had markings all over my arms, legs, and neck. I'm surprised I never noticed them. The markings on my arms and legs and neck were blue, along with the rest of the parts of me that changed. The only difference is that the markings were glowing. "Those markings are glowing you see, and that's why we have come to take you back to your birth family. By now, you cannot live amongst the humans any longer because they will find out about us. That reminds me!" She points the mirror towards the both of us, and it's only now that I realize we look so much alike. "I am your blood related cousin."

That's when Hale and Gilion come back in. "Okay we're back." Hale said settling down next to us along with Gilion.

"So let's catch up with each other." Gilion said, pushing his newly red streaked hair out of his face. "My color is red, and my element is fire."
