Vincent:
Twenty minutes later I was being escorted back to my room by Earl. My jaws ached from biting down so hard on the cloth between my teeth and the hairs on my arms were still standing from the electric shocks to my body; and there was a blindfold securely tied around my eyes to prevent me from seeing anymore women than was absolutely necessary.
It was a ridiculous precaution but Dr. Greer gravely insisted upon it, said that I was a danger to every woman in the hospital. He was one to talk! There were so many horror stories circulating among the other residents of what the good doctor did to his female patients, taking advantage of them and threatening to dispose of them if they dared breathed a word to anyone.
How true the stories are, I couldn't say. But I wouldn't put anything past him.
I heard the sound of a door opening and within seconds the blindfold was ripped off of my eyes. We were back in my bedroom. The orderly unwrapped his hand from around my arm and pointed to my bed. "Get some sleep, Graves. You've had a long night..." He said, a hint of sympathy echoing through his gruff voice. I knew that Earl wasn't a bad guy. He just had the misfortune of being one of Dr. Greer's pawns.
The orderly waited until I was lying down on my bed before taking his leave. When he was gone I pinched my eyes shut and tried to drift off to sleep, but it was to no avail. All I could think about was that psychotic grin on the doctor's face as he administered the painful treatment. There was no way I was going to survive here much longer if the doctor had his way.
I was going to have to put a plan into motion. And soon....

Stella glanced at her watch and was relieved to find that she only had ten minutes left in her shift. This night had proven to be her most difficult one thus far; one patient had tried to bite her finger when she took his temperature and another patient insisted on telling her how badly he wanted to get inside of her pants.
The nurse had never been more ready to go home. Sighing, she started making her way down the hall until she heard a set of footsteps coming from behind her. She turned around to find Dr. Greer charging at her like a bull. "Stella..!" He called, raising his arm in the air. Huffing and puffing, he came to a stop in front of her. "I'm so glad that I caught you. How much longer is your shift?"
"Just a few minutes.." Stella replied, "Why?"
The doctor glanced around the hallway, as if to make sure no one was around, before answering her question. "I was hoping you would join me in my office for a cup of coffee so I can get to know you a little better."
Stella scratched the back of her head, eyeing the doctor inquisitively. He wants to have coffee with me? But why? Deciding that it would be best not to question it, she nodded her head. "Okay, let me clock out and I'll meet you there."
A few minutes later she was standing outside of the office. She picked up her fist and gave four light knocks on the door. "Come in.." The doctor purred from the other side. Wrapping her hand around the knob, she pushed the door open and stepped into the office. The first thing to catch her eye was the painting above the doctor's desk; it was a painting of Dr. Greer, shirtless, fighting a bengal tiger.
The nurse had to restrain herself from rolling her eyes. This guy is a bigger douchebag than I thought..
"I see you're admiring my painting.." Dr. Greer said, "I have an affinity for wild animals."
"So I see.." Stella replied flatly.
The doctor chuckled and pointed his index finger at a leather couch in the back of his office. "Please, make yourself comfortable." He said, grabbing the two cups of coffee from his desk and taking a seat on the couch.
