Sorry its been so long! Enjoy!

I stumbled through various steps as Victor led me around. I was staring straight at the ground trying to mimic his graceful movements. I was suddenly stopped though and I looked up into Victors inferno eyes.

"Just relax, princess. Follow my lead," he said softly to me. "Its a big pattern repeated. Right foot forward, left foot forward, side step, right foot back, left foot back. Once we get that, we move with the steps around the floor."

I tried it, watching his steps and softly repeating the pattern to myself. Right left, side step, left... "Oof," Victor grunted, "Right foot back first."

"Im sorry," I said looking down.

"Don't worry about it, lets try again," Victor consoled me.

Three songs later I was apparently deemed acceptable in the art of dancing as Victor was tapped on the shoulder by Luke.

"Mind if I cut in?" He inquired Victor, grabbing me before any response was given.

"How are you doing, Cupcake?" Luke asked as a more upbeat and lively song came on. The pace of the song increased and so did the steps... I found out quickly after stomping on Luke's feet innumerable times. I found his style to be different than Victor's. Where Victor was smooth and confident, Luke's was playful and light. He threw in some random spins that earned us looks of disapproval as we deviated from the proper steps. I was laughing by the end, disregarding the attention we had earned.

Soon enough I was being whisked away by another dashing young man, this one by the name of North.

"Are you having fun, Sang Baby?" North asked.

Sang Baby? I decided not to comment on the dark guard's nickname. "Yea," I croaked out. My injured voice became more and more pronounced as the night continued. It had started out fine because I had been resting it, but the more I used it, the faster it deteriorated.

North's eyes instantly narrowed."Whats wrong with your voice?" He asked. Luckily the song had just ended and another boy was there to take his place.

Next was Silas, who dwarfed me in the dance. He was smooth for such a big man, gliding across the floor with me in his hands. He didn't say much, just looked at me with soulful eyes. This was good because I didn't need to format a response.

Following was Kota. He was precise and calculating, moving us around. He was almost careful though, and restrained in his movements.

Nathan then swept in and I never felt so weak in my life. His muscles rippled with every movement he made.

Gabriel then took me around the floor, His dancing style had a flair to it, much like his fashion. His crystal blue eyes glowed with joy as he looked down at me during the dance.

At the conclusion of the song, Sean cut in.

He was playful and his eyes were sparkling with mischief, reminding me of Luke.

"Now Pookie, if a certain someone asks you to dance, in front of people, say yes. You may not understand why, somehow, but say yes," he told me as the music cut off and people were talking. He kept talking over them though so I didn't hear what the announcement was. After it though, Sean stepped back and away from me. I was baffled as Mr. Blackbourne walked up to me.

"May I have this dance?" He said to me. Bowing formally and holding out a hand.

I looked around and saw everyone staring for some reason. Was this what Sean was referring to? I looked around again and noticed the furious glares directed my way, three of which I was well aquatinted with.

I turned back to the perfect man awaiting an answer from me.

"S-S-Sure," I stuttered out, confused from the audience and now nervous.

Mr. Blackbourne took my hand in his, nodded at the musicians. With that, the music began and he began to elegantly twirl me.

As if he could sense my discomfort, he leaned down to whisper in my ear. "Trust me, and follow my lead."

"They're all staring at you though," I stammered out.

"Trust me, they're all looking at you."

At this I looked up into his eyes and felt myself get lost in the steel grey. So much depth to those cold eyes that seemed to warm right before me. I felt us glide across the ballroom, far more elegant than I have ever moved, and ever shall move, in my life. The entire time I stared enraptured into his eyes, and he into mine. I barely noticed the end of the song, he took my hand, bowed, and kissed the back of it.

"Thank you for the dance," Mr. Blackbourne said.

"You're welcome," I automatically responded.

That brought me back to reality as I whipped around to the crowd. As I searched it, I realized my family's faces had disappeared.

I looked around desperately for a clock and saw the time was 12.15. I had to leave 15 minutes ago to be sure to beat my family!

"Thank you," I said to Mr. Blackbourne as I ran off. I passed the group of boys then. "Thank you all for the lovely evening."

All of the boys looked confused, till they realized I was running away at the moment.

I suddenly heard shouting behind me and saw all of them start to come after me.

I picked up my pace though, I had to make it home. There was no alternative.
