So sorry I haven't updated in a while! My school stole my computer from me for the summer! Sorry its so short, but I literally just touched my first laptop in weeks!
Luke POV
When I was out walking in the courtyard, I heard my name being called. I turned and saw the boy who delivers mail running at me frantically waving a letter.
"Luuuke, luu luuuke," his voice was distorted as he was heaving. Finally making it to my side, he handed me a letter without another word and walked away.
With a laugh I walked into my room and looked at the outside of the letter. Recognizing my Uncle's handwriting, I called out to North.
When the grumpy old fart joined me, I tore the letter open, my eyes quickly scanning. The beginning was normal enough, then he deviated from his usual letter.
I was wondering if you could venture down to my tavern... I've been having concerns lately that I need you to look into.
Bring the whole gang if you could, I have something, or someone, that I'd like you all to meet. Something happened to her, but she doesn't share with anyone.
After reading it all again, I looked over at North. He was still scanning the letter for what must have been his fifth time. Finally he looked up at me.
"We dont have time for this," he immediatly stated.
I was quick to interject though, "Uncle sounded worried though, we should check it out."
"We have enough to do without adding this," North replied with a glare.
"I'm gonna go show Mr. B, I think he would want to check it out,"I said, walking out on my baby brother.
------
It was official, we were going to go see Uncle. I was just packing up and then we would all meet to leave. The guys were in various sentiments with the idea of leaving behind our search for Sang, but when Mr. B decides something, we follow.
Who knows, maybe we'll find a clue about Sang's whereabouts!
