A/N: I'm just gonna warn you, this chapter gets a little awkward.

Dylan's POV
The bell finally rang.
"You ready?" Leo comes up behind me and asks. Me, being me of course, gets startled and judo flips him onto his back.
"Oh my gosh. I am so sorry!" I tell him while I help him up. He grabs my hand and I pull him up into his feet.
"That's okay." Leo groans. "That happens more often than you would think." I chuckle at that and he smiles at his comment.
"To answer your question, yes. I am ready to go." I answer him. "Do you want a pretzel from the mall?"
"Yeah, sure. But when are we going to the mall?" Leo asks. I close my locker and smirk. I grab his arm and I geo-leap us to the mall.
"Okay. That was awesome." Leo said. I laugh and start walking towards the Pretzel Hut. We walk around the mall for 20 minutes. Leo found a new shirt for him and I got a new pair of sunglasses.
"Well, we should probably get going home. This is about the time I get home." Leo said to me. I grabbed his arm and superspeeded us to the front door. He opens the door and we walk in. Adam, Bree, and Chase were already there, sitting on the couch. Adam was eating a sandwich, Bree was texting someone, and Chase was doing his homework.
"Leo, there you are." Bree says not looking up from her phone. No one else looked up from what they were doing. Leo looked at me and I looked at him. We both shrugged.
"Uh. Hey guys." I say slightly uncomfortably. Now they all look up.
"Oh, hey Dylan." Chase said to me. "We didn't see you there. Sorry." I sit down on the red chair.
"That's okay. I get that a lot." I brush it off. They all give me sad looks but I just smirk. "It isn't that big of a deal." I look around the house to finally get a good look at it in the daylight. "Wow. Now that I see your house in the daylight, this place is awesome!"
"Thanks. My dad likes to brag about how successful he is, so the living room is pretty big." She talks about her father in a way that I can relate to.
"Huh, your father kind of sounds like mine." I say to her.
"If you think this is cool, you should see the lab. It's pretty awesome." Just about then, Mr. Davenport came into the living room.
"Hi, I'm Adam, Bree, and Chase's dad. Donald Davenport, brilliant mastermind, genius inventor, and incredibly handsome billionare." Mr. Davenport introduced and bragged. "You must be Dylan."
"Yeah, yeah, we get it. You like to brag about yourself. Can I show Dylan the lab?" Bree says suddenly. Everyone's eyes go wide, including mine. Meanwhile, everyone looks at Leo.
"Why are you all looking at me?" Leo asks.
"You seem to be the people reader. I mean, you were right about Marcus. So, is she okay?" Mr. Davenport clarifies.
"Guys, I'm sitting right here." I say defensively. They just ignore me and keep looking at Leo, who, in turn, is looking at me.
"Yeah. She's cool." Leo finally says. He smiles at me and I smile back. Just then, Bree grabs my arm and superspeeds me down somewhere. We get down to what I presume is the new lab. The doors open, and I see this amazing hexagonal-themed lab.
"Wow" is all that is say, because that's the only word that came out.
"I know right?" Bree confirms. "That's what I saw when I first saw it." She gives me the whole tour, including the capsules, the monitors, the combat simulator, and all of the workstations.
