Selena's POV

I watch how emory admire her dad throu my tablet by the look of her eyes she really wanted to see him and my heart cracks everytime she look for him but my mama help me be strong on what I'm handling right now

Emory have grown into a gorgeous and talented girl she is now 9 years old and she really have been my best friend it's funny how we act like we're sister and how much we look a like and how much similarities we have

But sometimes she does things that reminded me of justin like one time she beg me to buy her a skateboard and how much she likes to rap which she is pretty good at it

Her voice also reminds me of justin bynthe high pitched tone of it reminds me of him and everytime i hear her sing especially the ones that made by justin tears uncontrollably builds into my eyes

🎵Where are you now when i need ya🎵

"Mom?" I snapped out of my thought when she called me i look at her raising my eyebrows as chew my sour apple

"When do i got to see him? I'm really egear to" my heart melts when i hear hopeness on her voice

I swallow my apple as i open my mouth to answer when taylor interrupts us

"Holy Sh*t selena you have to see this!" She anxiously says as she enters the living room holding her phone while open mouthed

I heard emory shook her head as she shrugged and face the tablet again doing something

I started to give taylor a confuse look as she sat down beside me

"Look look at this!!!" She says almost like a scream as she keeps pointing out her phone

I snatch it from her as i took a bit of my apple again i faced it

It was an article of justin that says he goes back to L.A california with his now fiance

I swallow as i look at taylor with and she mouthed 'what are we going to do?'

I look back at emory and saw her busy on the tablet while there's ear plugs in her ears i face taylor again and raise my eyebrows

"We know this would have happened right?" I ask with a little sassyness

Feeling Confident on what i read Justin's fiance? F*ck yeah that hurts a lot at first i thought he wasn't serious about that slut and now it's almost like they've been together for years! But i have manage to hold back the tears i mean who am i to cry right?! I'm just his f*cking ex! And I'm just the mother of his child! Right?! Right?!!

"But what i-" she asks tensing up which i have no idea why i mean yeah I'm tensed but not that tensed!

"Look calm down okay? You know he doesn't want my daughter he said it in the first place he's not ready right?!" I ask with a gritted teeth not angry at taylor but because of the truth

She let out a deep breath as she nods and walks away

I put my hand on my eyes as groan in frustration on throw my head back

After a while i felt someone sit beside me i look and saw pattie

"You know?" She asks as i nod knowimg what she's asking

She took out a deep breath as she moves forward to me

"You know we can't hide Justin to emory right? No matter what happens he's still her dad and she needs him you know that selena" she mutters as tears builds down my eyes knowing that she's right

"But he said he's not rea-" she cut me

"I know my son selena he gives up everything he says instantly" she says as she gives me a sweet smile as throw head back again and groan almost complaining
