When I got home from school I wasn't surprised to see that my dad wasn't home. Since my mom died, my dad had been drinking and been in and out of rehab. If he wasn't in rehab, he was in jail. I've learned to live without him and my mom. My mom knew about how I questioned my sexuality and my feelings for Jennings. After she died, I went into depression and that's when I met Marah. She helped me through my depression and had been pretending to be my girlfriend for the past two years. She helped me maintain my reputation as the school's "bad boy".

After school let out I realized that I still had to sell tickets for the football game. If we sold over 100 we would get some stupid prize and everyone had to cooperate.
I was currently driving down Addison Lane to see who I could sell too. I pull up to a white brick house and step out of the car. I walk up the steps of the house and knock on the door, tickets in hand. I wait a few seconds before someone answers the door.
"What are you doing at my house?" I heard a familiar voice ask. I looked up to see Chandler. "Um.. I'm.. Uh. I'm passing out tickets for the football game Friday night." I say. "Why do I need tickets if I'm gonna be on the field?" He replies with a smirk. "Oh. I'm uh. I'm sorry. I forgot. I'll be leaving now." I say clearing my throat. "You sure?" He asks. "Yes?" I question. "You don't wanna come in?" he asks. "I don't really know if I should..." I say hesitantly. "I insist." He says with a thousand watt smile. "Sure. Why not?" I say while returning the smile.
