PETER PAN ;
PETER TAN
❝Damn, Pan. Back at it again with the eyebrow.❞Peter Pan could rule any land because he had something that no one else did.
He didn't have a weakness.
He didn't love anybody, nor did he want to. He didn't have someone to care for, someone to look after. All he had was himself and that was all that he needed.
It was the only way a true villain could win. Have no love, gain everything. That was what he knew.
And that was exactly why Klaus Mikaelson found it so hard to rule the land called New Orleans once again. The hybrid loved his sister, his brother, his unborn child.
Peter Pan had no weakness anyone could exploit or use against him. And that was why he always succeeded in everything.
Now, as Pan and Klaus walked side by side, arguing with one another from time to time, they made their way to the plantation house.
When the pair made it to the house, Klaus opened the door and gestured for Pan to enter with his hand, saying, "Obnoxious teenagers first."
"I prefer to have egotistical, lost ones to go in before me." Pan retorted with a smirk, raising an eyebrow at the hybrid. He had read the Original hybrid the minute he saw him, he was lost, for a very long time.
Klaus rolled his eyes at the teenager before entering the mansion, the Lost Boy following close behind. His eyes scanned the area very closely, having been spending most of his life out of luxury and in the woods of Neverland. The most luxurious thing in the island was his cot, which was the best one on the island, even if it was poorly made.
"Nik, where the bloody hell have you been?!" He heard a girl's voice and the sound of heels coming closer to where the pair were before a familiar blonde girl appeared from a hallway, her eyes immediately landing on the boy as she crossed her arms.
"So, you've found Wonder Boy." Rebekah directed the sentence to her brother while her eyes stayed glued to the teenage boy, who smirked at the comment. He was anything but her description of him.
"Pan. Pleased to meet you." Pan greeted the girl with the smirk still resting on his face.
"Rebekah, I'm sure it is." Rebekah greeted him back before her older sibling cut into the introductions.
"Yes, and now, he's proposed to helping me rule New Orleans. Apparently, he can also cut the bond between Hayley and the witch." Klaus informed his younger sister before the teenage boy let out a scoff.
"Please, mate, there is no "apparently" about it. You've just seen what the simplest of my magic can do, you've practically seen nothing." The Lost Boy told the Originals as he dragged his finger across a table, it in a bored manner.
Rebekah decided to change the subject as she turned to her brother and pouted, "I cannot believe you disposed of those vampires without me. You know how I love to set things on fire!"
"Was I supposed to leave them in the front yard to rot?" Klaus questioned with a smirk resting on his features, leaning against the doorway, "Besides, they were my responsibility. They attacked the helpless pregnant girl who's carrying my child."
Rebekah rolled her sapphire eyes at him, "Oh, I am so moved by your new-found sense of fatherly duties towards the werewolf carrying your hybrid bun in her oven."
Hayley then joined them in the foyer with a book pressed against her chest, "The werewolf would like to know what the plan is."
Pan remembered her as the pregnant werewolf he had saved. And from what his Shadow had told him, her name was Hayley Marshall, orphan to werewolves of the New Orleans bayou and had no on her entire life.
"Well, that depends what plan you mean, love— my plan for global domination, Pan's plan to be the most annoying teenage bastard, or Rebekah's plan to find love in a cruel, cruel world?" Klaus said to the werewolf who's eyes glanced at the brown haired boy in shock that she was finally face-to-face with her savior.
Rebekah took a pencil from the desk beside her and threw it in Klaus' direction, but he caught it effortlessly before it could embed itself in his face. Unfortunately for Klaus, Pan used his magic to throw him across the room. Klaus rose up from the ground, glaring at the teenager while said teenager only smirked in satisfaction.
"I wouldn't suggest insulting me again, unless you want to see the full potential of my power."
Haley let out a sigh at their acts and spoke up, "The plan to rescue Elijah."
The noble brother, am I right?" Pan inquired innocently, acting as if he had no idea what she was talking about. Even though he knew almost everything about the family now.
"Yes." Hayley told the boy before she directed her next sentence to Klaus, "The one who is now in the possession of your mortal enemy after you stabbed him in the back?"
"In the front, if we're being specific." Klaus corrected with a smirk.
"You two said that you would get him back. So is there a plan, or what?"
Klaus nodded his head and sat down on a chair as he spoke, "Okay. Well, firstly, Marcel is not my mortal enemy— he's my friend. Albeit one who is unaware that I'm trying to sabotage his hold over the supernatural community of the French Quarter, but a friend nonetheless."
"Funny, we have the same taste in friends." Pan stated with a laugh, the three not knowing his true intentions.
Klaus ignored the boy and continued, "And secondly, I daggered Elijah in order to gain Marcel's trust. If I had known he would place my brother in the hands of a particularly nasty teenage witch, I certainly would have weighed my options a bit differently. And thirdly,—"
He turned to Rebekah and gestured for her to speak, "—sister, please."
"And thirdly, the plan, as you have demanded, is for Niklaus to simply ask Marcel for Elijah back." Rebekah piped up nonchalantly.
"That's... that's not the whole plan, is it?" Hayley asked the siblings incredulously.
"Please! Klaus may be a miserable excuse for a sibling, but there is none more diabolical." Rebekah spoke to the werewolf and Pan let out a cough, pointing to himself in a way to say that he was more diabolical.
"And that's only the Plan A, love! There's always a Plan B." Klaus informed the girl.
"Oh, Plan B is always the same. I always love Plan B." Pan stated with a grin spreading across his face.
Hayley furrowed her eyebrows, "And what's Plan B?"
"War." Both Klaus and Pan said at the same time before they turned to one another and glared at each other.
