~Happy Endings~(part two)

Chapter Nineteen: Happy Endings (part two)

     Ben, Evie, Mal, and Jay sat in Ben's dorm room. "What are we supposed to do!?" Jay asked.

"Yeah, we can't exactly just sit here and do nothing!" Evie exclaimed.

"Ben..." Mal asked "It's your kingdom... what do we do?"

Ben didn't have any idea, but something came to mind, "Maybe we can help bring the villains to Uma, so it wouldn't take as long... Ugh... Never mind, it's a dumb idea!"

Mal shook her head, "Actually... that's a great idea!" Mal stood up "We can each go to our parents, meaning us and the other villain kids, and we can lure them to Uma... pretending to be on their side. This could work!"

Ben stood up as well, "It can!?"

Mal nodded, "Let's go tell the others!"

Evie cocked her head to the side, "Well, what do I do? My mom's fine."

Mal tapped her chin, "You can come with us as well."

Evie shrugged, "Okay, I'll help as much as I can."

Ben gestured to the door, "C'mon! Let's hurry!"

     Uma sealed the jar, "Four...more..." she barely got the words out "We've got Maleficent... Jafar... and Cruella."

That's when Ben, Jay, and Mal came running up to them. "We've got a plan!" Ben proclaimed.

"Okay? What is it?" Francis asked.

"You guys..." Mal pointed to Jay and them "will manipulate your parents into thinking that you're on their side, then bring them here, and I can trap them all at once!"

Uma nodded happily, "I can't believe I didn't think of that before! But, Jafar is already trapped so..."

Jay grunts, "Oh... okay."

Mal shakes her head, "Anyway! Let's get down to buisness! Go!"

     Ashton and Francis scurry off as fast as they could. Uma handed the container to Mal and told her what spell to cast before hurrying off herself. "Let's go hide..." Mal instructed. Evie and the boys followed her to some burnt up tree that was on the ground, and sat down beside it. "I can't believe it was me who did this!" Mal whispered. Evie hugged her and Ben kissed her forehead, "You were under a spell, Mal." She sighed, "It was still me..."

     The four sat there, waiting for a long time before the villains and their kids arrived. "Okay Mal!" Evie exclaimed "Get ready!" Mal rolled her eyes, "Shhhhh!" she poked her head up. She saw Gaston and Ashton, Francis and the Shadow man, but no Ursula... or Uma! "She'd better hurry up!" Jay urged "or they're gonna get suspicious." Ben tapped Mal's shoulder, "Why not just trap them now?" Mal exhaled deeply, "Because if Ursula's close, she'll see... Let's just wait a few minutes!" Ben hesitantly nodded.

     They waited five minutes, but she never came. "Okay! Evie, you go find them! I'll cast the spell before they leave!" "Okay!" Evie crawled to the roots of the tree, checked it the cost was clear, then sprinted away. "Ready Mal?" Jay asked. She took a breath, then nodded and cast the spell. It took all of her strength to keep the jar still. She climbed over the tree, "DUCK!" she screamed to Ashton and Francis. Ben could see she was having trouble, so he ran up and held the jar with her, and soon Jay did as well. The container shined extremely bright, it took a minute, but it eventually captured all of the villains.

     Mal smiled, "I did it! ... We did it!" Mal and the boys shared a group hug "Now we just have to get Ursula, fix the kingdom, and everything will go back to normal!" "Easier said then done!" Jay scoffed. "Well... let's get 'er done!" Francis joked. The five ran in the direction of where Evie and Uma went. It didn't take an interminable amount of time to finally find them. Mal screamed. Ursula had the girls entangled in her tentacles! "RUN!" Uma warned. But it was too late. Ursula grasped Ben's leg and dragged him closer to her, then Jay, then Ashton, then Francis, and finally Mal. "Let us go!" Ben commanded. "Why would I do that?!" Ursula cackled. "Seriously Ben..." Francis groaned "She trapped us herself for a reason. Why would she let us go? Tell me. Why?" Ben smiled nervously, "Ha. Ha. Ha ha. Ha...."

     Uma was next to Mal, "Mal..." she whispered "cast the spell, but only include her. Not us, so we don't get trapped as well." Mall nodded and did so. Ursula was shrinking into the jar, "What!? What's happening!? NOOOOOOOO!" The kids fell to the ground, "Ooof!" Uma leered, "Mal! She's gone... they're all gone! W-we did it!" Mal inclined, "Yes! Yes we did!" They giggled as Mal threw her arms around Uma's neck. "EW!" Uma exclaimed. Everyone stared at her, "Ahem... Sorry, I'm new to this whole... 'hugging' thing." Mal chuckled and hugged her again, this time Uma did too. Ashton, Ben, Evie, and Jay joined. "Only one last thing to do" Evie announced.

6 Months later...

     Fairy Godmother waved her arms in the air, "Bippity-boppity boo!" the entire kingdom cheered. Everyone was back, and now the dominion was repaired! Soon Mal came walking down the isle, and the pianist started playing, "Here Comes the Bride." She was wearing a beautiful white-beaded wedding dress, her hair was curled, and a veil was covering her face. Uma and Hannah were the bridesmaids and Evie was the maid of honor. Jay and Carlos were Ben's best men. Holding a rose bouquet, she walked slowly towards Ben, practicing her vows in her head.

MAL'S POV

     I slid the ring onto Ben's finger. The minister finally announced, "You may now kiss the bride!" Everyone cheered as I threw my arms around his neck and kissed his soft, pink lips. We held hands and walked down the isle together as the newlyweds to the dining area for the feast. Chatter surrounded every table, I clinked my glass and it went so silent you could hear a book drop. "I would just like to announce..." I began "That none of this could've been possible without he support of Belle and Beast..." I glanced over at them "If they wouldn't have given the new generation a chance, we would nor have found our happy endings... I would like to especially thank Evie, Jay, and Carlos... who've been with me since the beginning."

     I caught Evie wiping under her eye "And I'd even like to thank you four..." I motioned towards Uma, Ashton, Hannah, and Francis "...with your help, we brought peace back to Auradon, and it's better than it's ever been!" it was touching to see them each smile. I continued with my speech, "But above all, I 'd like to thank each and every citizen for doing their part and accepting me as their new queen! A toast!' I lifted my cup in the air, "To Auradon! Here here!" "HERE HERE!" everyone cheered before sipping at their drinks. "To queen Mal and King Ben!" shouts Ashton. A snort escapes my mouth, and I blush. Ben chuckles and lightly pecks my cheek.

     As soon as the after party was over, Ben pulled me aside from the others. "Ben, what is it?" I asked. "I know what we have to do about the villains..." My breathing quickened, "Well, what?" my voice sounded strict, yet kind. "We'd have to talk to my parents and Fairy Godmother first, but they can't stay in this container forever, you know?" Ben replied. "So, what are you implying?" I questioned further. He took a deep breath, "I think we need to trap them in a more secure place... And maybe, even... the other villains as well..." I could feel my eyes growing larger, "Wait! Another... i-isle!?" Ben nodded, "I hate to be blunt, but... villains never rest..." I nod as well, "I know..." He caresses my cheek, "But whatever happens... I'm willing to fight for my kingdom, right beside you..." I smiled, "I will too... because Auradon is worth fighting for..."
