"The dragons they summoned Eve."
"And you didn't try to kill her."

I got my laptop and started doing research and I found some strange deaths and asked Sam and Dean.
"Kas I don't know what the he'll is going on there but it looks like a tulpa or something." Dean said

After looking it up it was a tulpa for sure.
