Jake's POV

I don't think I have ever been more furious. Well, maybe with that one boy who wouldn't shut up, but other than that never. I got to the living room just in time to see CC drop Ashley on the floor. Pathetic. "Leave." I said, trying to hide a bit of the pure rage from my voice. I don't know why, but I've always had a soft spot for CC, so he was the last one I wanted to scare. "Alright...uhh, bye." He said quickly and speed walked down the hall. I watched him until he went into his room and shut the door. I sighed quietly and turned back to Ashley, who started to stir. He let out a groan and his eyes fluttered open, instantly locking with mine. I felt my left eye slightly twitch, and Ashley had one look in his eyes, fear. Absolute fear, maybe even terror. It didn't take a genius to figure out that he was scared out of his mind. He tried to scramble back, but could only get a few centimeters before his back hit the door. I gave him a look that basically said 'don't you dare move or I will fucking kill you where you sit'. "So, do you think that little stunt you pulled was smart? Did you seriously think that you would get away with it?" I asked him, pure hate with every word I said. "I..uh..but..ah..uh." he stuttered. "It's a 'yes or no' question, Ashley." I said, my face getting even more contorted with anger as I said his name. He stayed silent and looked down at the ground. I forcibly grabbed his face and made him look up at me. "You are so fucking pathetic, you know that? You are such goddamn idiot." I said as his breathing started to quicken. I could feel his quick, ragged breath against my face, since I was still forcing him to look at me. I let go of his face, only to grab him by the waist a second later. He was actually a fairly light person, and I was pretty strong, so getting him up off the ground was no issue. I wrapped my arm around his waist and clamped my hand over his mouth, in no mood to deal with his inevitable yelling. I turned him around and pulled him towards me so his back was pressed up against my chest, and started walking backwards to the basement.
