Andy's POV
I was shocked. Totally dumbfounded. Amber had the same look on her face. Why would she want to stay? Wasn't I supposed to be some kind of monster in her eyes? For some reason, though, I was a little relieved that she didn't want to leave. I didn't know why, but I was. "Wait, you don't want to leave?" I asked slowly, just to make sure I heard her right. "I mean, kinda, I guess. My life on the outside was boring and stupid and controlled, hell, I couldn't even have friends over." She said "But," she continued, seeming to gain a bit more confidence. "in the time I've been here, I have had more adventure than ever, even if I was held hostage the whole time." She said, her eyes finally locking with mine. She had really pretty eyes. She was pretty in general, to be honest. She had cute, little pink lips, that needed no makeup to stand out against her beautifully pale skin. She had big, green eyes that anybody could get absolutely lost in. In my opinion, she was one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen, inside and out. But I couldn't think like that, could I? Amber shifted so she could get more comfortable on the bed, not noticing that she had gotten closer to me. I leaned forward and put my chin in my hand, not breaking eye contact. She slouched her shoulders, which made her lean forward slightly. I moved so that our knees were touching, but she didn't seem to care. We were both totally to far gone in our own little world to realise what was happening. This time it was her turn to lean in. She was so close that I could feel her light breaths on my face. Then, still completely lost in eachother, I closed the gap, letting my lips meet hers once again.
