Melissa's POV:
I woke the next day in my room, in Justin's house. Was yesterday just a dream or what? I rolled over and saw Justin right beside me. Maybe it was just a dream. "Justin", I said rubbing his arm. "Yeah?", he said as his eyes opened. His eyes began to shut slowly.
"Wake up", I said giggling. He looked so cute when he was sleepy.
"Or you could sleep with me", he said pulling me down to him. I layed beside him, our face facing each other as he held me. I blushed hiding my face. "Always know that I love you Mel. I don't see myself ever leaving you in the future", he assured me. I smiled. Wait, did that mean last night wasn't a dream?
"Wait, about last night...", I started.
"Am I suppose to explain to you how much I'm sorry again?", he said with a sigh. "I'll make it up to you baby, I promise", he added.
Ok so last night was real. I moved my head onto his chest and shut my eyes.
"I love you too", I whispered. I could tell he was smiling from how his chin changed its shape as it rested on my head.
--HOURS LATER--
I woke up at around 2pm. Justin wasn't beside me. I got up out of bed and decided to take a shower. I was still curious on how I woke up in Justin's house but I didn't care at this point. I stripped my close off and went into the shower. After I felt completely clean I hoped out and put something decent on. I decided to wear a cropped top with some high wasted shorts. I put on some black converse just in case Justin wanted to go somewhere. I blow dried my hair and left down to Justin's room. He was sitting at his desk with his guitar in his hand. "Hey beautiful", he said as he looked up at me. "Watcha doing?", I said as I walked up to him and layed my chin on his shoulder.
"I actually just finished the song up for you", he said a he pecked me on the lips.
"Ooooo u wanna hear it!", I shrieked I'm excitement. Just got up from his chair and I took his place on it. He began to sing.
"Let me tell you a story, about a girl and a boy. He fell in love with his best friend,
When she's around he feels nothing but joy.
But she was already broken, and it made her mind. But she could never believe in love will ever treat her right.
Did you know that I love you,
or we're not aware. Your the smile on my face, it ain't going nowhere.
I'm here you make you happy, I'm here to see smile,
I've been wanting to tell you this for a long while,
What's gonna make you fall, in love, well I know you got your wall wrapped all the way around you heart,
Won't have to be scared at all, oh my love,
You can't fly unless you let yourself, you can't fly unless you let yourself fall."
Justin continued to sing. I couldn't help but start to tear up, and cry a little. It described "us" and my feelings for him from the beginning so well.
"I will catch you if you fall,
I will catch you if you fall,
I will catch you if you faaaall.
But if you spread your wings,
You can fly away with me,
But you can't fly unless you let yourself,
You can't fly unless you let yourself faaaaaallllll, yeah."
I was speechless when he was finished. His voice, was so soothing, and perfect.
"Justin, I loved it", I said jumping into his arms. He put down his guitar and wrapped his arms around me.
"I'm glad you liked it", he said holding me.
"No, I loved it", I said correcting him.
"I just wanted to let you know how much you mean to me and how much I care for you. Yesterday was a mistake", he said.
"Justin I forgive you", I replied.
"I love you too much to let you go", we both said in unison.
We both smiled into each others eyes.
Justin wasn't lying when he said he was different. He was my true love. I don't regret falling in deep love with him. Like he said, yesterday was a mistake. And even if it wasn't, it would have been impossible to take him out of my life. I wanted to spend my entire life with him... For sure.
