The Winsome Surfer

Loneliness follows every being
Let the desperate heart demand
A companion for love and life
To be found on this land

Silly she was they thought, she had lost her mind and so she wanders by the sea shore
But did they ask her heart and healed her wounds?
Nay they left her to roam ashore

Days passed by she seemed to be waiting for a man
To listen to her and abolish her laughter's ban

A season of fun and competition arrived by the sea
Surfers from abroad participating were received

There were many of them charming and tall
Who looked forward to win the hearts of all

They were all conquered by their prudence but one
Who wished to win a prize in the experts competition

Who would mind a girl left in dust with seashells
But his heart did urge to meet this mysterious damsel

Many seasons came by and passed by
They all met her, didn't understand her and went by

But this was one man who was to be there for her
He was seen everyday but she said "I've never seen you here"

"I'm Gabriel the surfer who came here for fun"Said he
" I know you're that winsome surfer but I care for none" said she.

And therefore departed from the from the place of gaiety
Leaving him foiled to speak to her in solitary.
