"Muffin!" I scolded as my collie shook her damp coat. I groaned and glared down at her. Seeing that I was angry she ran off. Let me introduce myself. I am Jessica Johnson. I am a typical sixteen year old teenager. I have wavy blonde hair and blue eyes. I am in the model career. And thats all really.
Muffin ran off into the kitchen where I saw through the door, my mam's groceries lay. I groaned... of course I had to pack them away.I put down the lead, dropping it on the floor. "Hey Jess" I voice said behind me. I reconised it straight away.
"Cameron, what are you doing here??" I asked astounded. He grinned, running his hand through his blonde hair. His nerd glasses set across his nose. He wore his black tshirt with a cartoon darthvader on it which said : Come to the dark side, we havecookies.
Over it, he wore his red and black checkered jacket. He also wore his skinny denim jeans with his converse. Such a nerd he looked like. Of course he wasnt though. All the girls adored him so he got sick of it and changed his look into a nerd to get them off his tail. Then they left him alone... what bitcches.
He held up my tiger house key. I frowned. "God sakes Cam!! Your supposed to leave that under the flower pot" I moaned. He shrugged and followed me into the kitchen.
"Enjoying your mid term?" He asked, leaning against the fridge. I looked at him solmenly. "Best start ever! Your mucky dog, gets you all dirty and stuff... wonderful!" I said, sarcastically. He laughed behind me.
"I couldnt say the same." He smiled as I turned away to unpack the groceries. "Hmm, whys that?" I asked, stuffing the ham into the cupboard with the doritos. "Because of the circus,, duh?" He said, in a goofy voice.
I turned to him and raised my eyebrows. "The circus? Are you serious? Thats for kids!" I made fun off but he frowned and his brow creased. I rolled my eyes and continued to unpack. "Cmon Jess, I havent gone to one in ages and I miss them. We have nothing better to do..."He argued.
I knew he was right and what harm could it do? Muffin barked loudly and I jumped. Cameron knelt down on one knee and started rubbing him. "Fine" I sighed, "But this is stupid". He didnt argue incase I changed his mind.
He kissed my cheek. "F*** off, Cam , I said no!" I groaned pushing him away. Best friedns forever yes. Then he asked me out but of course I said know. He also knew I would but he wouldnt give up... well he would just have to deal with it. It was weird that it didnt break our friendship though... thats why I love him.
He chuckled behind me. "So when is this Fun night?" I asked after putting the last bit away.
He hesitated. "Tomorrow night... eight o clock?" He asked. I sighed and nodded. I turned around to him and found him grinning. I rolled my eyes. "Nerd" I mumbled, walking past. He grabbed my arm.
"What was that?" He asked, raising his eyebrows. I stood for a minute thinking what to say. He waited, patiently. "Bird? I think I saw a bird..." I said, slowly. He stared at me with a confused look on his face.
"Seriously Jess?? All the curtains are closed!" He laughed. That was embarrassing. I ran up the stairs and into my room, with Cameron at my heels. "So what are you gonna wear?" He asked. I turned to him confused.
"Why?" I asked. He looked at me slyly. "Its our first date... right?" He winked. I slapped him hard and he yelped. "No need for that, Im just messing" He grumbled.
The wind howled outside and the trees danced together. Why was he so excited? I know, because he is a moron.
The next night...
