It was the last day of break and I still had some crazy thoughts and hope for Lucas and I while over break. He had texted me a couple of times and even asked Amber about me.

Sadly it was back to school and second semester, as I drove into the school parking lot I spotted a parking space and saw Lucas about to park in it so I decided to park there.I quickly reversed my car around and then drove back straight into the space and got out and got my stuff from my backpack and textbooks from my trunk."Really Erica!" I hear Lucas scream from his car, I ignore him and keep walking on. He then honks his horn and yells,"Why are you acting like this!". I continue walking and don't look back.

It was finally lunch time so Amber and I decided to go to raising cane's. After getting our food we go back to the school and sit in her car eating and talking.

"So you're over Lucas?.." she asks while stuffing her face with texas toast. "Yeah I guess.." I mumble while having food in my mouth and lifting my shoulders."I hope this isn't because of-" Amber says until I cut her of, "Listen it's not because of that.. I've moved on and you know that.. and why does it sound like your on his side now" I rebuttal back with an attitude. "Look I understand, your upset you poured out all your feelings to him and he played you and acted like nothing happened..but little does he know you're way better than that and later he's gonna see what he's missing out on, a beautiful and funny girl, who always sees the good in people no matter what." Amber rebuttals back."Thank you Amber but you know that'll never change his mind, he likes every other varsity football player now." I claim. "You don't need to change his mind or even change yourself.I will help you get over him and keep you focused." she replies back."Shit we have 2 minutes before the late bell rings!" I say looking at my phone. We rush back on to campus.

We both barely make it, our classes were right across from each other."Bye love you." she says to me smacking my ass unexpectedly.I yell ouch so loud that all the teachers in the hallway come outside."Erica please take a seat.." my math teacher says annoyed. As I walk in I notice a new face and he's sitting in my seat, "I wish I could but someone is sitting in my seat." I say to my teacher."Sorry, better luck next time" he says smirking."Sorry nothing.. Please get out of my seat there's one right over there" I say pointing to the back. "Ok and.. why don't you chill back there then?" he asks smirking once again."Because this is MY SEAT." I say raising my voice. "Erica! stop arguing with the new student and making his first day in AP Calculus stressful.. Mr.Jeremiah could you please relocate to the back, that is her seat my apologizes.." she says to the new student, Jeremiah.

He picks up his stuff and stands up and of course has something to say, "No worries Mrs.Briggs, same to you too Erica" he says smirking again. I finally take my seat and replay what just happen. What the hell did just happened..
