Lost and Found

Perfect

We flew peacefully across the vast ocean. Valka and Hunter were gliding I front of us. I watched the night Fury gracefully soar through the wind, lightly flapping its wings. The hybrids body curves in an amazing angle. You could see the glee on his face, this was his life. I could here multiple faint roars. I looked over my shoulder to see over a thousand dragons following us. The others copy my action." Hey, I thought we were going to eat!" Snotlout said, and just then his stomach growled loudly. Valka laughed and the hybrid made a laughing/gurgling sound. " oh we are" Valka said happily while turning he dragon around and holding a hand out, gesturing for us to stop. We silently hovered over the ocean for a minute. She and the hybrid looked down and we mimicked them. The bewilder beast the jumped up from the water,spraying fish into the air. The amount of fish there looked like all the fish in the archipelago. The nest swooped down into the hurricane of fish. I could see Hunter smile with a gummy mouth before diving down into the massacre of fish. He came back up and hovered in front if us he smiled even though fish was practically spilling out of his mouth. We all laughed. Our dragons all dived and filled there mouth with ocean life. After a while, the sky became clear. We separated from the nest but they still followed a while behind. We came to cliff, and landed on the edge. Hunter was the first to jump of. He then spread his arms and legs out and opened his wings. A large continuous gust of wind kept him up. His eyes were pointing upwards and his gummy mouth was slightly open, his tongue lolling out and flying up in all directions. One by one the rest of the dragons followed including us. Valka laughed as she manoeuvred her way over the dragons, using her staff for guidance. We departed from the nest as they stayed. We flew high over the cliffs and closely followed. The Night Fury looked like it was debating, it then glanced at Valka and they both share a curt nod. We watched carefully as the hybrid flew silently over the four winged dragon. We stared wide eyed as the dragon morphed to his human form. I studied him. He was at least 6'2, but the thing that caught my eye was the prosthetic left foot. So that's explains the scared leg. He turned to us, still wearing his helmet. "Hunter..." Stoic said, trailing off slightly. "D-dad?" He says uncertainly. Stoic smiles an ear to ear grin and nods vigorously. Valka smiles and lifts her arms and spreads them out on ether side of her. " This is what it is to be a dragon" she says with exitment laced in her voice. "It's all well and good to call yourself a dragon, but can you fly!?" He shoots a look towards us before jumping off the dragon and into the crisp air. We all look down in awe as he pried his arms through the leather loops on his legs and pushed his arms out, revealing leather wings. The force pushes him up to our level. He pushes a small button on his chest and a fin pops out on his back. He turns so he gliding on his back. We all flying next to him and be laughs in joy. Turning onto his stomach again. I see him freeze slightly as a large snow covered sea stack comes into view. He quickly morphs back and tucks himself in his wings as a shield. He bolted through the small gap and landed roughly into the pure white snow. Valka didn't seem worried as she laugh lowly. We all touched down into the snow. He then jumped out if the snow in his human form. He cheered in glee." Who! Almost had that one!" He whopped. The four winged dragon also known as Cloudjumper have him a disapproving look, then swiped it's tail under his feet, making him fall back into the snow on his back. Hunter groans in annoyance. We all laughed. Valka came and I pulled him up, whipping the remaining snow away. Stoic slowly walked towards him we all followed behind him, but kept our distance. He took a small step to the side so he was slightly behind Valka. You could tell he was confused and slightly scared. I would never admit it aloud, but if I was in his position I'd be terrified and extremely confused. Stoic slowed a little in his movements. Valka smiled at him reassuringly. He gently lifted his hands to his helmet and slowly took it off. He released the object to the snowy floor. I stared at him intently. He had soft auburn hair, with two small braids at the back of his head by his neck. Bright emerald green eyes that burn your soul,much like his dragon form. He had a smooth, chiseled jaw with a light stubble. Smooth, thin lips and perfect row of pearly white teeth. He was gorgeous, in his dragon form and.....human form. I blushed mentally at my thoughts. I could see in the corner of my eye that a Heather and Ruff were staring at him dreamily. He smiled at Stoic who's grin grew larger. Stoic engulfed both of them in a bone-crushing hug, knocking the air out of them. Gobber laughed heartidly, Gothi smiled as did the rest if us. He released them and they fell on their feet in a huff. The both smiled and laughed a little." They ol' family reunite' !" Gobber murmured softly.
We all mounted and Hunter morphed back to the black beast. We all soared through the skies, stoic and Valka flew next to eachother. Hunter flew infront of them, me and the rest of the teens including Gothi, flew behind." Hey! Now that he morphed we should go talk to him." Snotlout said proudly. I looked towards the a night fury who had disappeared. "Ugh, guys. We're did he go?" Heather asked cautiously. Then, out of now where, the hybrid flew up in the centre of us. Startling us. He crooned and stared at us in confusion, after hearing his name. "Wow..." Heather murmured as she stared at the glorious dragon. FishLegs nodded and reached for his notebook. As we flew back to the nest, the dragons seemed to be having a conversation of the own with Hunter while we started at him in awe and FishLegs scribbled away.
We had reached the nest shortly after that. Valka and Hunter lead us through a valley of tunnels, finally reaching a large room filled with different types of food that remained Unidentified to me and the rest of us. Valka and Cloudjumper land quietly on the icy ground while the hybrid landed on an icy perch, a few meters of the ground.  He morphed and turned out sitting on the perch with his legs dangling over the edge, His helmet was latched onto his leg. Valka chuckled slightly as Cloudjumper bounded around him. He laughed, I mentally swooned at his melodic laugh. He jumped off and a small rumble erupted from him. Our dragon reacted to this and followed him along with Cloudjumper. He took out baskets of fish for them. He helped stoic and Valka as they worked in the kitchen-like room. Me and the rest of the gang sat comfortably on the logs in front of the small fire. Much like the bonfire we had a short while ago. As Valka shifted she accidentally dropped the wooden tray and a Cloudjumper saw this at a chance and swallowed the treat down. Valka chuckled sadly" I'm a little out of practice" She said while hunter grabbed the second tray from her before she dropped it and walked over to us. We feasted." Well I didn't marry you for Ye cooking" Stoic said while hugging her lightly. " I sure hope not" Hunter muttered loud enough for only us to hear. We laughed at his words.
Stoic began to whistle and Valka froze. He soon began to sing.

I'll swim and sail on savage seas
With ne'er a fear if drowning
And gladly ride the waves of life
If you will marry me
No scorching sun
Nor freezing cold
Will stop me on my journey! Gobber sang but feel silent from the receiving glares."sorry" he murmured and sat back down.
If you will promise me your heart
And love.....

He snag as trailed of, waiting for her to continue.
And love... He tried again but when she stayed silent he sighed and. Began to turn away.

And love me for eternity...
She joined, He smiled at her as she sang.

My dearest one
My darling dear
Your mighty words astound me but I've no need for mighty deeds when I feel your arms around me.

She snag happily as they danced gracefully.
I looked to see a Hunter smiley widely.

But I would bring you rings of gold
I'd even sing you poetry
And I would keep you from all harm
If you would stay beside me

Stoic sang while FishLegs got up and danced with Heather, Snotlout danced with ruff, Gobber danced with Gothi and Tuff danced with his mace, also known as macey. I looked up to see a Hunter smiling down at me, I blushed. "Care to dance?" He asked with his smooth, golden voice. I nodded, not trusting my mouth. I gently grabbed his warm hand. He lead me to the centre of the room and warped one arm around my waist, his other holding my free hand. My other hand rested against his strong shoulder.

To love to kiss to sweetly hold
For the dancing and the dreaming
Through all my sorrows and delights
I'll keep your love beside me

They both sang quicker as we all danced joyfully around the room. I couldn't look at Hunter, afraid he'd see my dark blush from being so close.

I'll swim and sail on savage seas

And gladly ride the waves of life
If you will marry me!

Gobber sang continuously, he only stopped when Hunter slightly nudged him. "And I'm done" Gobber stated and we all laughed. I looked around. Everything was going perfect.

For now! Dun dun dun!
