(Stoic P.O.V)

"Valka...." I say in utter shock and joy. A large smile appears on my face. I move to take a step towards here but stop and the sound of growling. I look up and the group follow my actions. A large Night Fury is revealed. The hybrid bared its teeth at us. It jumped down to the ground and stood behind Valka, wrapping his tail around her. She smiles and placed a soft hand on the hybrid wing"It's okay Hunter" she says soothingly. My eyes widen along with the rest of the Vikings." H-hunter?" I ask uncertainly, gesturing towards the offspring. She smiled and nodded. " My cuz is a hybrid? That is.....SO COOL!" Snotlout said while jumping around Hookfang who stares at him with a disapproving look on his face. Astrid punches him in the shoulder and he falls silent. Valka smiles"Come" is all she says before jumping through a hole behind her. I'm still trying to process everything. We watch as the Night Fury smiles a gummy smile and disappears through a much smaller hole that only a small or agile dragon could fit through. We all hurriedly followed Valka through the hole." Wait!" I call out to her. " Ye can't say that then leave!" Gobber said dramaticly. "Val-" I start but cut myself off and stare in amazement at the view before me. We enter the large ice cavern. There is a large pole of ice in the centre if the riven. Millions of dragon fly around the thin ice stick. We walk furthered in and the Night Fury flew past us with incredible speed. The gust nearly blows me of my feet. My eyes are glued to the magnificent black beast as it gracefully flys in with the other dragons. We turn our heads to the sound of a rumble. The large four winged dragon is revealed, it claws digging into the wall. Valka uses her staff to stay upright on the angled dragon. She smiles and gestures with her head towards the riven. "D-do you like it?" She asked uncertainly while hooking her staff on the claw of the dragon. She rested her feet against the dragons wings as it lowered her down. She jumped to the stoney floor and the beast jumps behind her. We all nod and I open my mouth to speak." I- I don't have the words." I manage out. It was still hard to process everything that was happening. The Night Fury then landed next the the teens. They all slowly walk towards the beast.

(Astrid P.O.V)

Me and the rest of the gang steadily walk towards the black beast. FishLegs was squirming with exitment. He quickly scrambled to grab his notepad and pencil. I mentally chuckle at his action. I turn my attention back to the offspring. It's smooth black scales. Long, soft wings. It had a smooth, flat head with large emerald green eyes that can stare into your soul. It's ear were pointed upwards in curiosity. It had a long scaly tail and small, split spikes going down its spine. I noticed it's left foot was covered in small scars. But other than that the dragon was.....gorgeous. " incredible" we all heard Fushkegs murmur. We nod our heads in agrement. None of us had ever seen a dragon quiet like this. I raised a trembling hand and stopped inches away from the magnificent beasts nose. I look away and close my eyes. I soon feel warm, smooth scales against my hand. I look back at the dragon to see it had closed its eyes with its snout pressed against my palm. I smile and gently stroke the dragons flat head. It purrs and walks around me, gently pressing against me as it walked. He rolled over in its back and several scars were revealed on its abdomanem and under-chin. We all visibly flinch. The dragon shifts and stands up right agains. It sits back and smiles at us with a gummy mouth." Toothless? I could of sworn he had-" Teeth sprout out if the dragons gums."-teeth" heather finished her statement. " incredible!" FishLegs claimed and started to scribble in his notepad. The rest of the teens come and softly touch the dragons warm scales. It purrs again. I smile and scratch under its chin. The dragons pupils roll to the back if it's head
and it flops in its stomach. Valka laughed and came over to us, Gobber,  Gothi and Stoic following." What happened?" Ruff asked non-stupidly which surprised all. Valka laughed again." Oh don't worry. If you scratch a dragon under the chin in a certain spot they will fall into a dream-like state. It's probably a Night Furies only weakness" Valka explained still breathy from laughter. FishLegs scribbles in his book again.  The dragon shook his head and stood up, it shook itself like a wet dog would." When will he, umm. Transform?" Snotlout asked uncertain of what word to use. The dragon seemed to understand what he was trying to say and bared its teeth slightly and taking A few steps back. Valkas eyes widen as she soothed the dragon" Don't worry, it's not your fault. He will transform when he knows he can trust you. The last person we trusted him gave him this" she explained and lifted his wing, revealing a long whip mark. I cringed. Snotlout lips formed an'o'. Valka smiled" it's okay, as long as you really aren't going to hurt him it won't take long for him to trust you. A Night Fury can sense if you truthful or not." She explained as FishLegs continue to write. "So, you've been here for 20 years?" Stoic asked, changing the subject. Valka smiled, with a hint if sadness. She walked over to the edge of the cliff, the four winged dragon and the hybrid followed closely. I was first to follow, the others hesitantly followed. As we arrived at the edge if the riven, we started in awe as a large, white dragon with no wings and two large tusks raised and stood with its face near to the cliff were we stood. I puffed out a small smoke of snow. Our hair was covered in a light layer if sparkling white snow. Valka chuckled." He likes you" she said breathily." Who exactly is he?" Heather asked while FishLegs was writing away like a maniac. " Every nest has its queen but this is the king of all dragons" she said while throwing her arms up, gesturing to the pack of flying dragons." The great, bewilder beast." She said as the alpha fixated its aqua eyes on us. The dragon rested its tusk against the dragon and the NightFury hybrid climbed up his tusk and sat comfortably near its face. We all laughed as the Night Fury slightly wagged its tail in excitement and jumped of the tusk and bounded over to Valka. He said I front if he and sat back. The offspring gave her a gummy smile and it's tongue lolled out of its mouth. We all laughed at his action. Valka chuckled" Well, I guess it's feeding time" She said and the Night Fury jumped around her.
