Falling for Franco

PART 8

Me and Chris filled out the shit load of paper work then went home by force of the doctors.

I walked into my living room and plopped myself on the couch next to jesse.

"What the hell happened to you" she asked pointing to my sweater

"long story,but im fine im gonna go take a shower"i said getting up and going to the bathroom.

The hot water hit my skin almost stinging me,i watched as I saw the dry blood rinse off of me like a waterfall of red.

When I got out finally clean I felt a head ache hit me like a brick in the head.

I layed down in my bed,it was only two in the afternoon but I needed sleep despretly so I layed there watching an old movie entill I dozed off into a deep sleep.

I woke up by my phone ringing loudly next to my ear.

I answered quickly so the ringing would stop "Hello?" I said with a yawn.

"Hey Niomi,its Dave I just got let out of the hospital"He said

"Oh well,do you need a ride?" I asked looking at the clock. 5:36.

"No im in the car with James but I was wondering if you could come over"He asked shyly

"Ummm...sure"I said with a smile

"Cool,im having a few people over so itll be cool"he added,my smile faded.

"Oh"slipped out"well I mean thats cool,what time?"

"In like an hour I guess"he answered

"Okay and just text me the address"

I said befor saying"i gotta go"and hanging up befor he could answer back.

"what the fuck" I asked myself.I wish he hadnt invited more people so I could have some alone time with him.Maybe he didnt like me in that way,but then why would he have come to my apartment and asked me out in the first place?

I had so many questions that I dont think will be answered any time soon.

DAVES POV:

My head was still hurting but the pills they gave me made it not as bad.

I had just left the hospital and James(My brother) had picked me up.

He had some girl with him so I sat in the back.She was asleep in the passenger seat.

The car ride had been quiet entill I couldnt stand it anymore.

"Who's this James ?" I asked and saw him roll his eyes.

"I knew it was coming,this is my girlfriend" James replied

"Since when!?!?"I asked stunned

"About a month,i met her at one of my book signings" He informed me.

"Well does she have a name?"I asked waiting for an answer

"Jessica"He said simply and smiled

Wow,my brother had a girlfriend,and what did I have?

A gash in my head and two cats -.-

I wanted a girlfriend,no NEEDED a girlfriend!

Niomi seamed perfect and I really liked her,like A LOT...but how do you tell a girl that amazing something like that? She probley thought I was suicidel or something.

She was the one who had walked in and saw me on the floor covered in blood.

And when I asked her to come hang out with me she didnt sound to thrilled.
