michael: 28
calum: 15
malum was requested so here it goes I will do cake next since it was also requested :)"clear your desks please, all you need is a pen or pencil, you may not use your notes or notebooks, when you are done taking your tests set them on my desk." michael said the instructions out loud passing out the tests to his students.
"anyone want to pass out the formula sheets?" he questioned looking around the classroom, a smile appeared on his face when he saw calum shoot his hand up, waving it in the air like a madman hoping michael would pick him.
"okay guys, calum will pass out your formula sheets, no talking during tests and no using your phones, if i catch you cheating it's an automatic zero, you may begin your tests."
calum beamed at the way michael said his name. the way the word rolled of his teacher's tongue made him feel as if he was the only person that mattered to michael.
the young boy quickly passed out the sheets returning to his desk once he did so.
to say the test was hard was and understatement, calum was pulling at strands of his hair frustrated at himself for not knowing how to work out these test questions, he was just horrible at this topic in math and wanted to cry because he could almost feel it, he could almost see the failing grade on his report card.
the bell rung and the kiwi boy rapidly circled random answers onto his paper, running towards his teachers desk and slamming the test onto his desk.
he yelled a quick 'bye' to mr.clifford and hurriedly ran out of the room, speeding to his next period because he liked to be in class on time.
michael chuckled fondly at the tanned boy, he was adorable and Michael couldn't help but like the boy more every day. he knew his feelings were wrong but he couldn't stop his himself from having thoughts of the young boy.
he lazily walked back to his desk, this was his free period which meant no annoying kids for and hour and thirty minutes, michael decided on grading the tests and the first one from the stack was calum's, being that he was the last one to finish the test.
michael smiled at calum's messy handwriting taking out his answer key and grading the packet, frowning deeper at every question calum had wrong, which consisted of every question except the last one.
michael couldn't believe it, calum was his good student, his pet, his little smart baby. he would not allow calum to have a bad grade in geometry, it just wasn't going to happen.
michael tried composing himself but he couldn't, it wasn't possible he was angry at calum, he was angry at the low grade, something was up and he wouldn't let it affect his student's grade. the man quickly grabbed the phone, he searched up calum's schedule, seeing as he was now in art class, he dialed the numbers quickly, waiting for a response afterwards.
calum was in class drawing puppies when he heard the teachers phone ring, the teacher called him over and calum immediately got nervous at that, he was never the person to get in trouble.
mr.rutherford handed him the phone, going back to his computer.
"hello?" calum said, his voice barely over A whisper.
"calum." michael spoke, his voice laced with something calum couldn't decipher. "please come to my classroom, i want to talk about your test grade." he added, the phone was hung up as the last word was said and calum just stood there, about to burst into tears because he really messed up this time, he was sure mr.clifford would give him detention for failing and his bottom lip quivered as he though of mr.clifford being disappointed in him.
