Part 10
Jayden
I woke up and felt like I gained about 50 pounds. I looked at August and he was still sleeping. I noticed this wasn't our usual room. I struggled to sit up and made a confused face. I pushed my hair back and saw my phone.
August: Baby lay back down you're on bed rest.
Jayden: Bed rest for what? I'm not pregnant.
He removed the cover and I looked at my huge baby bump. I just stared at it.
August: Baby you're about 6 months pregnant.
Jayden: Where's Ammerie?
August: Who?
Jayden: Quit playing with me our daughter August
August: She's in your stomach Jayden. You sure you feel okay?
I moved and got out of the bed. I walked into the bathroom. I looked up and saw my face. I screamed holding my mouth.
Jayden: WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FACE?!
I had stitches on my bottom lip, a black eye, a bandage on my forehead, and a bandage on my nose. My head sorta hurt and I felt my eyes water.
August: Baby we were in a car wreck. Do you not remember?
He rubbed my shoulders and I shook my head no. He led me back to the bed and helped me lay down. I looked at him and shook my head.
Jayden: That's impossible. Why aren't you hurt?
August: I had a broken nose and a concussion. The car hit your side baby. The doctors were shocked that the baby was okay.
Jayden: This isn't right. You were in an issue asylum and I worked there! You escaped and tried running me back.
August: I think that wreck messed you up. Relax and I'll go make breakfast.
He walked out and I got up walking into the baby room. I ran my fingers across the baby crib. I looked at the paintings and everything.
Jayden: I'm losing my fucking mind.
I closed my eyes sitting down on the rocking chair. I heard someone talking and Tay walked in.
Tay: There she is! How does it feel to be almost 6 months?
I just looked at her. Her face softened and she sat next to me. I closed my eyes shaking my head.
Tay: I know the wreck was a scary moment for you. Just be glad you guys are okay. August blamed himself for hours at the hospital.
Jayden: This isn't right. I already had Ammerie. August tried to kill us twice and he was in an insane asylum! You believe me don't you Tay?
Tay: I'll be back
She got up and walked out. They think I'm stupid. Something isn't right. August walked in with a tray and sat it in front of me.
August: Come on let's get you back to the bedroom.
He helped me up and led me back to the bedroom. He fixed everything and went to get the breakfast. I looked at him as he cut my breakfast for me.
August: Baby what's wrong?
Jayden: I honestly don't know.

Jayden has been weird since the car wreck. I kissed her cheek and went downstairs. She told Tay I tried to kill her and I was in an insane asylum. I rubbed my chin. I don't have a history of being insane in any way.
