continuation from last chapter

" are you willing to try? " questioned Steven.
" I don't know really know Steven," I sighed looking at him in the eye
" I mean the majority of the time, long distance relationships don't work out"
He reached for my hand,
" but we are not like the majority" he winked at me.
" honestly, I just don't know what to say" I took my graduation cap off.
" I have to go now guys" I waved bye and walked to my car.
" Mary " Brianna mumbled.
I just ignored her comment and started to wander off into the front seat of my car. Suddenly, I heard a light tap. Somebody lightly knocked on my passenger seat window. I looked at the window to reveal Stevens face. I rolled down the window.
" what do you want Steven?" I asked
" all I want is for you to at least think about it" he said that and that was it. He walked off back to everybody else. And they all exchanged me sympathetic looks. I drove home and took a long yearned for nap.

The Next Day
* * * * * * * * * *
I arose from my bed sheets from a wonderful prolonged nap. That nap , well sleep last night was the best nap I have took in a long while. I could smell a cinnamon scent coming from the kitchen. I could also smell a scent of Lemon and a scent of chocolate as well.
These certain scents attracted my nose to lead me out of my room. Then I noticed I was not groomed. I brushed my teeth, combed my hair, combed my hair into a ponytail and stayed in my pajamas. I was wearing my chocolate pajamas. Yes, they sell pajamas with chocolate prints on them.
The scent attractions lead me into the kitchen. And on the kitchen island there laid four chocolate chip cinnamon waffles, a glass of orange juice, and a plate with a scrambled egg and a few strips of really crispy and well cooked through thick strips of turkey bacon. Breakfast just how mama likes it.
I started to wander around my house to see who could've made this for me. I started with the balcony through the kitchen. There was no one there. Then I went to the outside porch, no one was there, no bike was there, no car was there. It can't be my brothers, mother, or father because they're all at their jobs working.
Who the hell came into my house and did this. I looked under the welcome mat rug, there was no emergency keys. Now I was really started to get creeped out. There was nobody inside the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, basement, or the bedrooms. I came back into the kitchen and just shrugged it off and enjoyed the meal made for me by some weird person.
Then somebody lightly tapped my back, I got so startled that I threw my fork on the floor and turned around. It was steven, Erin, Mel, agatha, Jake, and Brianna.
" what the fuck..."
" Steven please take your hand off me" he did as told.
" let me guess, agatha gave you guys the key?" I raised my eyebrow.
" yes, I mean GATOOB (out babeh child)" she chuckled. " by the way I like your pjs. "
" why thank you"
" it was Stevens idea though " explained Jake.
Immediately, Steven blushed hot red. I got off the island chair and emerged everybody into a group hug. Well everybody except Mel. She hates hugs, for some odd reason she only hugged Brianna and her family members/relatives. Sometimes, she even offered to give Brianna a hug. We all separated.
" thank you Steven. This was really thoughtful, you guys even got my favorite breakfast meals correct. And it tasted simply amazing" I spoke overwhelmed.
" Jake cooked it" said Mel. Wow she actually said his name. She hasn't said his name in a long while. Ever since she found out from a friend that he liked her. She was afraid of him confessing we assumed.
" I helped!" added Erin.
" thanks again guys. "
" guys I think it's time for me to come out" Jake said.
" what do you mean ?" asked Steven.
" Mel, I like you. Not just a friendly like. But a like like, will you do me the honor of going out with Mel?" said Jake.
All I heard were surrounding gasps from the group, mel being the most shocked. Mel ran out of my house and into hers. By the way, we are neighbors. She lives in the duplex right across mine.

Hai gaiz. Lmao. Well here's another chapter. I tried really hard on being more descriptive and making this chapter long. But I dont really think it worked out haha. Well anyways, hope you enjoy.
