This is what happens when author-san has a weird dream. Enjoy!

I observed the toaster on our table, we were supposed to be doing some type of science experiment, but I suddenly got the great idea to touch the stupid toaster. I reached my hand out and touched the gray metallic box, then I felt a sudden stinging sensation on the tips of my fingers.

"Ow!"

I quickly pulled my finger back. Everyone else heard me and looked at me.

"(Y/n)-san, are you alright?"

Wendy asked timidly. Her caring voice and sincere eyes made me hide my burnt hand behind my back.

"Y-yeah...I'm fine Wendy."

Then I felt someone yank my wrist toward them.

"Don't lie, Shrimp."

"G-Gajeel!"

He looked at my hand and the red fingertips. Then his narrow eyes were suddenly locked with my own eyes.

"You burned yourself, stupid Shrimp."

"Leave me alone! I can't really feel it anyway."

I pulled my arm back, but Gajeel wouldn't leave me alone. He pulled my hand back, but this time he weaved his fingers with mine and held it tightly. I could feel his fingers holding my palm tight as he inspected it.

"Can't really feel?"

He questioned me with a straight face.

"Uh-huh...I have bad circulation in my hands. Makes it hard to feel stuff."

"Hmm...how about this?"

He tapped his index finger on one of my fingers, but I could barely feel it. I shrugged and remained silent, but I became scared when I noticed a small smirk on his face.

"Shrimp...can you feel this?"

Then, as soon as no one was looking, he brought my hand close to his lips. He paused for a bit, probably to drive me crazy, then he stuck out his wet tongue and licked my index finger.

"Kyaa! G-Gajeel!"

I screamed internally because I didn't want anyone else to see what this stupid kid was doing. Then his smile grew wider and he licked me again.

"Not gonna do anything?"

He asked, but he already knew the answer.

"Shut up."

Then I felt soft lips touch the muscle between my thumb and my index, he kissed my hand so gently and with closed eyes that my face became a thousand different shades of blush. He stared at me and smiled evilly. Then he lowered my hand, but he didn't let go, and leaned in close.

"If you stay silent, I'll just keep doing as I like, geehee."

I was frozen and too embarrassed.

"...l-like what?"

That was all I could say, but my body was already moving. I wrapped my free hand around Gajeel's neck and shyly stared into his eyes. His face slowly got closer, close enough for our noses to touch.

"You sure, (y/n)?"

I nodded in response. Then I felt his lips, his warm lips. Only a second ago were his lips on my hand, but now they were kissing me into oblivion. My mind slowed and my heart beat faster. When he pulled back he smiled his usual smile.

"Geehee!"

---

I awoke in my bed and rubbed my head.

"What a strange dream."

My face was red as I remembered what happened, then I heard my phone chime. Someone sent me a message.

"Who?"

I checked it and my face blushed even more when I saw who it was.

Gajeel: hurry up shrimp! I'm waiting outside!

I hesitated to answer him. My mind was swimming from the dream I had. My phone continued to chime for every second I left the message unanswered. Then it finally stopped, next thing I knew, I heard a loud crash and Gajeel yelling.

"Shrimp!"

He stomped up the stairs and violently forced my bedroom door open.

"G-Gajeel!"

My face was still red, but Gajeel hadn't noticed yet.

"Gajeel g-get out!"

I threw my pillow at him, but then he stared at me. He walked over to my bed and put his hand on my forehead.

"Your face is red, you sure you don't have a fever."

Redder. Redder. My face was getting redder. I instinctively pushed Gajeel away.

"Stupid Gajeel! Don't get so close!"

"Agh! Stupid Shrimp! I was just checking your temperature!"

We spent the next few minutes arguing...then we finally made it to school after I calmed down.
