Chelsey POV

I woke up around 12 which was pretty nice. Evan er, I need to get used to calling him dad from now on came into my room.

"Finally, your awake. Lunch is downstairs calling your name."he says.

"Thanks dad. Are we doing anything special today?"

"None that I can think of, but we can go somewhere if you want to."he says really shaky and worried.

"Not really I think it would be best if I just get comfortable around here first."

"Ok well I have to get to work ok. You think that you and Audrey will be ok here?"

"Ya will be fine."

"Ok."

He then walks out of the house and I go downstairs to grab some lunch. Awesome pizza, dad your the best. Audrey then comes in with a big smirk on her face. I know that face, it's the face saying that she knows something. Then she grabs a piece of paper. Oh no.

"Who's number is this?!" She pretty much yells.

"It's not mine."

"Oh really then how come when I looked out side, you were sitting next to a boy. How come he went up to you and gave you this paper, and how come it was next to your bed?"

Wow she's good

"Fine the boy I met gave me his number because we're friends now and said that if I needed to talk to anyone that he'll be there to talk to. You happy?"

"Very, do you think he likes yooouuuu?"

"No we just met."

"Oooookkkkk, if you say so."

Then she goes and leaves with a slice of pizza.

Hmmmm what to do. I don't start school for another 2 weeks and it's Saturday. I think I'll text Austin.

Conversation

Chelsey: hey
Austin:hey how's it going?
Chelsey: pretty good my dad left for work and I'm bored so yeah
Austin: you want to hang at the park?
Chelsey:sure
Austin:alright I'll see you there;)

Conversation over

I told Audrey that I was going to the park grabbed my jacket and went to the park

Austin POV (what's this???)

Alright just need to tell my mom that I will be out and go to the park. I looked back at the conversation and realized that I put a winky face at the end. Nooooooo. Now she probably thinks I like her now. Just hope for the best. I don't want her to know that I like her, because I just met her.

"Hey mom I'm going out to the park k?"

"Alright just be back by 10."she yells from her room.

I leave to go to the park. Can't wait to see her.

Chelsey POV

Ok I'm at he park, I wonder where he is?I'm not early. I'll text him.

Chelsey:hey where r u?
Austin:look behind u

I look behind me and see him towering over me with a evil smirk. I shrieked a bit and kicked him in the knee.

"Ow, wow you can kick."he says wincing in pain a bit.

"Oh my gosh, Austin I'm so sorry. Are you ok?" I say coming to him.

"Don't worry I'm fine. Besides it was my fault for scaring you."he says with a tune in his voice.

"Ya ya whatever, quit apologizing."

We walked over to the monkey bars and we just lay on there.

"Sorry I brought you here. I was just really bored and had nothing to do."I say sounding a bit tired.

"No it's fine, to be honest I was really bored to. I'm glad you called me over."

We talked a bit more and I realized that I left my phone at home. So I told him that I was going to go and grab it real quick. I was walking in the sidewalk when another boy comes near me.( I think you guys know where this is going XD)

"Hey there baby."he says with a smirk.

"Don't call me that, weirdo." I went to leave but he grabbed my wrist really tight.

"Feisty, I like it." He pulls me closer. I try to get free of his grasp, but he's to strong. Then he pins me on a wall of a garage.

"We can do this the easy way, or the hard way. Your choice." He says with a devilish smirk. I spit on his face.

"The hard way it is then."he leans in closer.

I was struggling really hard to get free but it was just no use. But the next thing I knew, I was kneeling on the ground and the guy was on the ground knocked out. I looked up and saw Austin, he had a clenched fist and he looked angry. He calmed down and he helped me up.

"Are you ok? Did he hurt you?"ha asked really worried

"Ya, Austin I'm fine he didn't hurt me or anything. Thank you, thank you so much Austin." I say hugging him. He hugged back, while stroking my hair he whispered in my ear "don't worry, your safe now. I won't let anyone hurt you. Ever."

After I parted from the hug we ran back to my house.

"Thank you again Austin, for saving me." I say

"It's not a problem, and remember you need anything, call me."

"I will, don't worry." Then he came up to me and pecked my cheek. I looked at him a little bit confused.

"I-I'm s-s-sorry I uh got to go bye." Then he ran off, that was weird. Maybe he does like me.

Audrey POV

I can't wait to tease her about this.
