Delirious's Pov

Evan started to lean in. I don't know if I'm ready to do this! I kinda started to back away because I want Evan to tell me if he's into guys before he kisses me. Because I don't want this kiss to be a mistake to him and have me being sad. You get what I mean?

I moved my chin out of his grip and went to back away. But then he pushed me against the wall and pinned me there. What the fuck?!!!

He leaned in more but I moved away quickly before his lips could come in contact with mine. Then I slipped under his arm and moved away.

"Evan I can't. I'm sorry." I apologized.

He didn't say anything, he just looked at me with a blank expression on his face.

"Evan. This could be a huge mistake for you. You're not even bi or gay so you would've just regretted it." I explained.

He lowered his head and chuckled a bit.

Huh?....

"Wow. You're even more great than I thought." He said bringing his head back up and a smile on his face. I think I saw a tint of blush on his cheeks as well.

"Huh?....." I asked with a confused look on my face.

"It was kind of a test for you. You definitely passed by the way. John, do you know the real reason why Sydney broke up with me?" He asked me.

"The real reason? The one you told me was a lie? You lied to me?" I asked kind of disappointed, that's the first time he's ever lied to me.

"Yes I lied to you, but only because I couldn't tell you the real reason." He said quickly.

"Well then, what's the real reason?" I asked him.

"She told me that she didn't want to be with me anymore because, she didn't feel like we were one of the couples in the picture anymore. Picture meaning, everyone including the girlfriends. She noticed that I was spending more time with you rather than her. She thought that I was bi and that I was secretly dating you while with her. When I told her I wasn't, she didn't believe me and just broke up with me. So I thought about it, a scenario where you and I are together. Truth be told, I actually liked it. But I knew you weren't gay or bi at the time and so I just kept being bi to myself. But then when you just told us that you're gay, I made up a sort of test for you. I was going to try and kiss you without you knowing that I'm bi. I wanted to see how you would react. Whether you would let me continue to kiss you and having it be a regretful thing that I did. Or stop me, because you knew that I wasn't into guys. Since you did the second option, I'm glad that you care about my feelings more than yours."

I just stood there wide-eyed. I mean, what do you say after that?!

"Um...wow Evan that's, wow."

I'm so fucking dumb for saying that. I mentally face palmed myself for sounding so dumb.

"Hey, now that you know that I'm into guys, do you maybe want to go on a date sometime?" He asked. When I looked at him I saw a blush coating his cheeks.

"Um, I...uh...."

I can't even get any words out, what is wrong with me?! Just say yes!!

"Yeah sure." I said looking at the ground, I can feel the heat rushing to my neck and cheeks.

I heard Evan walk over to me and I didn't move.

"Great. I'll make up a date that we can go on. See you later." He said and kissed my cheek and went upstairs.

Oh my Lord. Did that really just happen?! I'm freaking out so much that actually happened! Oh Lord I need help! What am I going to do? Does he want to keep this a secret? Does he want to tell everyone about us? Where is he going to take me for the date?

Ugh! To many questions I think I'm going to pass out!

Ok just need to calm down. Relax John, relax. Don't worry about the date and just don't tell anyone until you can talk to Evan about it. That sounds good.

I'm going to um, I don't even know what I'm going to do after that. What do you do after that?

I think, maybe I just need to watch some t.v, yeah I think that'll help a lot.
