Melody's POV
Today was the day we would go back to the orphanage and sign the papers! When we got there I saw Lucy smiling an evil smile and I acted sad like the we're taking me back. "I guess you were right Lucy,they don't want me." "I thought it wouldn't take as long but you know,at least it happened,now move so I can introduce myself to them." Mitch was standing behind her and when she turned around her eyes got huge and she was so scared. "H-h-h-hi,I'm Lucy and I'm so sorry that you had to deal with her." And looked at me. "Well that's my daughter,so watch yourself girl and if you ever insult her again,I won't be happy." "Ok sir it will never happen again." As she walked away she shoulder checked me but when she walked away she started crying. I hopped on Mitch's back and we went to the table to sign the papers. I rode on Scott's back to the car. Scott's POV
When we got home Melody was crashed so I took her to her bed and closed the door. All night,me and Mitch talked about sending her to school and when to do it. "Let's ask her about it tomorrow." "Agreed." And with that we went to bed. The next morning I woke up before anyone else,and I started to make pancakes hoping Melody wasn't allergic to pancakes or anything in them. Melody woke up and asked if we were having pancakes for breakfast. I nodded and asked if she could get the syrup. "Yes Scott because I know exactly where that is." and smiled "In the pantry on the right." "Ok there you go." Mitch woke up and hugged me saying "gravity slowly increasing." And put all of his weight on me. "STOP MITCH I'M TRYING TO HELP SCOTT AND I'M GONNA BE SQUISHED TO DEATH I'M LITTLE AND WEAK!" "Fine I'll let you live this time, only because I'm nice and want you to eat pancakes before you die."
Mitch's POV
When I woke up I went straight to Melody and squished her. After the screaming,we ate pancakes and I don't know why but Scott was watching her anxiously. "Scott calm down,if she is allergic to it,she would probably know,ok?" Scott nodded ok. When we were done Melody asked,"what are we doing today?" Me and Scott shrugged and Melody giggled and shook her head. I nodded to Scott and he picked up Melody and set her on the couch and held her down while I tickled her. She hopped on Scott's back and he sat down,squishing her,and we turned on SpongeBob. Melody stood up and layer on my lap while I played with her hair. Then I had an awesome idea,"LET'S GO GET ICE CREAM!" "YA LET'S GO SCOTT!" "Uuugggghhhhh fine but Mitch is driving." "Yay!" When we got to Cold Stone I got the all loving no oven,Scott got cake batter ice cream,and Melody got cotton candy. While they were ordering I looked at the Birthday cakes and thought,when is Melody's Birthday?
