WitchDoctor21 (Abby) requested a personal imagine, and here it is! I hope you like it! Also, I'm too lazy to pick a movie so...
(Y/F/M) = Your Favorite Movie

Abby woke up with a hacking cough. She attempted to sit up, and she felt like the room was spinning around her. Her head pounded with a migraine. Oh god, she thought, I feel sick. She stumbled out of her room in the Institute.

Abby was trying her best to appear as if she was well. She was a shadowhunter after all. She did not take sick days. Abby came into the kitchen. She found herself feeling slightly nauseous, so she made no move to get something to eat.

Jace and Izzy sat eating a quick meal. From the looks of it, Abby thought, we have somewhere to be.

"What've we got today?" Abby asked trying to appear energetic.

"Some reported demon activity down town," Jace said.

Abby felt relieved he didn't seem to notice she wasn't at her best, but of course her body was against her today. Right at that moment a cough so violent it caused her to stumble a bit.

Isabelle looked up. She was about to say something when Alec walked in. How Abby felt was completely reflected in how Alec looked. She immediately knew he was sick too. He looked positively miserable.

"Alec! Are you alright?" Izzy demanded.

"I'm fine," Alec said, but none of them were convinced.

"You don't look fine," Abby said, but her voice came out raspy from the cough.

"You don't sound fine," Alec retorted.

"Neither of you are fine," Jace said. "You two are sitting this one out."

"What?!" Abby exclaimed angrily.

"No!" Alec said at the same time.

"Alec, Abby, you're sick. If you go out there you'll only get worse," Isabelle said.

Abby owned her mouth to protest, but then sighed. "You're right. The only way to feel better is to relax, and take the day off."

Alec looked like he still wanted to put up a bit of a fight, but he nodded. "I suppose."

"Good," Jace said. "Get better you two!"

With that he and Izzy left. For a moment Abby and Alec just stood there. He looked terrible. That's when Abby decided if they were going to be stuck here they shouldn't be completely miserable.

"C'mon Alec," she said grabbing his arm.

"What? Where are we going?" he asked.

"Alec, if we're going to be sick let's be sick together," Abby pleaded.

He gave her a blank look. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

Abby groaned. "Just watch a movie or something with me Alec!"

He opened his mouth, but Abby decided she didn't care. She grabbed him and dragged him into her room. She'd brought a TV into her room awhile ago since the Institute didn't have one.

"Sit," she ordered pointing Alec towards the bed. He sighed, but was smiling a bit as he sat on the bed.

Abby rummaged through a collection of movies. She made a noise of triumph as she pulled out (Y/F/M). She popped it in the DVD player, and flopped beside Alec.

Abby grinned as the movie started. She laid back, "Come on Alec get comfy!" she urged.

Alec smirked rolling his eyes, and lay down next to her. Abby put her head on Alec's shoulder and sighed with content.

It was about twenty minutes into the movie when Abby felt exhaustion hit. Her eyelids drooped, and she yawned. She tried to stay awake, but sleep took her. Her eyes closed, and her breath slowed into the pattern of deep sleep.

Alec looked at her fondly, "Thank you, Abs," he whispered.

He kissed the side of her head lightly, and soon he fell asleep too. They slept cuddled up in her room. Perfectly peaceful, and serene.

Needless to say, the next day they felt much better.
