I did my best not to take him. He was so, tempting.

"Ouch, what happened to your neck?" I asked Cole asked.

"Donny has a thing for biting," Cole said. "But I don't mind."

"That just painful," I shiver. "So Donny is still asleep."

"Yeah," Cole took a sip of his coffee. "So what's up with all the secretive. You have been locking yourself in your office a lot."

"Ah," I smile. "It's nothing."

"Aha," Cole looked at me weird.

The truth is I have been busy. I talked to my grandfather; he wants to meet Sammy. Turns out, once upon a time there were felines. A lot of them. But they had an enemy. The wolves. Some wolves didn't like the felines. So the wolf set out to kill them. Lots of felines got murdered. Many of them slaughter for no reason. But not all was lost. The felines knew about the threat that they send the children's away. Their next generation was safe. When it was all over, there were a few survivors. The few that survive were taken in by good wolf's. Not all wolf's hated them. My grandfather was one of them. He took the felines in. He asked them where the children were. But they never told my grandfather until the last feline died. That's when grandfather knew. The next generations where send to one location. And my grandfather knows that location. And he won't tell me. Not until he sees Sammy. Because grandfather also wonders how he was born from two wolf's. It is sad that wolf's hated the felines. Grandfather said they were beautiful creatures. They had a cat-like feature. I told him I'd bring Sammy to visit.

"When am I going to school?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Sammy. I didn't know he awake.

"Soon," I said. "Next week."

"Thank you," Sammy smile.

He ran off into the living room with those cats. They are taking him away from me. Cats. Wait, a second cats! I wonder if those cats are felines! They probably are. They know I know. It's why they were taunting me. Look at them; it's like they are smiling at me.

"You are glaring at the kittens," Cole said. "You're jealous of them? Really?"

"Sshh," I said. "Those cats are taunting me."

"You need to get laid," Cole said. "Your hallucinating."

I shook my head. I sigh.

I want answers. I want to know about the felines. I want Sammy to have a family. His kind. I want him to know his not alone. That there at others like him out there.

I got up and walked over to him.

"Get ready, I'm taking you somewhere," I said. Best to take Sammy to meet my grandpa now. Sammy nodded and went upstairs.

I waited downstairs for him. As I did I stare at the kittens. They stare back.

"Your felines," I whisper. "I know you are." They looked at each other. "I will crack you."

Sammy came downstairs.

"Ready," he smiles. I nod and led him outside to the car.

The ride to my grandfather was three house long.

"Where we going?" Sammy asked.

"To see my grandfather," I said. "He wants to meet you."

"Oh," he looked down. "You think he'll like me."

"Yes," I smile.

As I drove, many things came to mind. I wonder what will grandfather say once he sees Sammy. I mean, he wants to meet Sammy. But not sure why. I could've had easily show him a picture. But grandfather forcefully wanted to see Sammy in person maybe he doesn't believe what I told him that Sammy has human features. My grandfather thinks Sammy can be a whole new generation of Felines since past felines had cat features. He had pictures. But didn't show them. He will show me once he sees Sammy.

We had to stop for a break. Since Sammy needed to use the restroom and we needed food and drinks. We stopped by McDonald's and got a few burgers and drinks. We also stopped by some store to buy chips and junk food.

"Sammy those cats," I looked at him. "Do they understand you?"

"I don't know," he ate his burger. "I think so. I mean they obey me. Sometimes they would stare at me. They aren't normal kittens. They don't even like playing with some of the toys. It's rare when they do. But only when I play with them." He smiles. "It's cute."

"I see," I'm positive those kittens are felines. I wonder if Sammy can do that. "Do you turn into a cat?"

"No," Sammy giggled. "You're so, silly." I chuckled.

"Yeah, I guess I am silly," I smile.

I couldn't wait to get there. Maybe grandpa will give me the location of where the felines used to live.

We were an hour away. Sammy was asleep in the back seat. I guess he got sleepy. Driving does make someone tired. I was getting sleepy too.

'Do not fall asleep, you'll kill us,' Sin said. 'Stay awake.'

"Yeah, yeah," I yawn.

I stopped to get coffee. I drank it, and that woke me up big time.

'So that voice that I heard, is female. And it came from Sammy. She's his wolf.'

'What?!'

That can't be. Sammy has a wolf. But how is that possible. His a feline isn't he? Then why does he have a wolf? I hope grandpa has an answer to all this because there are many mysterious about Sammy. What exactly is Sammy? A wolf or a feline.

When we got to my grandpa he was inside waiting for is. I held Sammy hand as we walked in. Grandpa was in the living room. My parents were there too.

"Sammy hi," mother walked over and hugged him. "Nice to see you again."

"Hi," Sammy smile.

"Hello, I'm Ben," my father introduce himself.

"Nice to meet you," Sammy shook his hand.

"By the way, call me Nia," my mother said.

"Let me see him, move Ben," I heard my grandfather, Jones.

"Sorry pops," my father moved away from my grandfather view.

I held Sammy hand so that he won't be afraid.

My grandfather stood up and examine Sammy.

"A feline indeed," he said. "A new generation. But as I look at you, you remind me of them." Sammy looked confused. As my parents and I. "I can smell it in you. Sammy, you aren't just an ordinary feline."

"Grandfather?" I frowned. He liked straight into Sammy's eyes.

"You dear," he smiles. "Are descendant, from the leader of the felines, rest his soul. But the big question. How were you born into a wolf pack?"

"Ah," Sammy looked shocked. "D..descendant? Felines? Wh..what...you know about my kind?"

"Yes," my grandfather grabbed a book from the shelf and handed to Sammy. "I know a lot. And it's time you know. Perhaps, you weren't born from wolf's."

"Wait no," I look at Sammy. "You heard a voice. So has my wolf. And I found out; you have a wolf."

"How?" Sammy was shaking. The next thing I knew he fainted. I caught him.

"Too much," my mother shook her head. "Too much to processes."

I sigh.

I guess it was too much.
