14: Alan: Cesar?

"He met Kyi," Cole chuckled. "Afraid he'll steal Sammy away. You should be careful. Sammy may want to go to him. If you don't keep your jealousy under control."

"Shut up," I paced back and forth. Sammy was in the shower.

On the way here, I ask how it went. He told me everything. Even how he met Kyi. That got me angry. I hate Kyi. Sammy told me why don't I make up with Kyi. I told him no. No way will I befriend him again. But Sammy seemed to be friends with Kyi. Damn it. I don't want that. But I can't tell Sammy who not to hang out with I'll have to let Sammy be friends with Kyi this is so, annoying.

"You may as well just let Sammy be friends with Kyi," Cole said. "Sammy needs to make his own decisions."

"Yeah I know," I sighed and sat down.

'What do you mean yeah?!' Sin yelled. 'Don't let that kid near our mate. He's going to take him away!'

'No he won't,' I said. 'Sammy likes me. Sammy wouldn't betray me like that.'

'I don't like it!' Sin was angry. 'I'll beat that kid ass!'

'Just shut it, let me deal with it,' I frowned.

'Fine!'

Sin blocked me out. He didn't want Sammy to hang out with Kyi. I didn't want to let him. But I have no choice.

Beside there Naya and Ruyo. They'll keep an eye on Sammy for me.

I got up and went upstairs. Sammy was changing when I walked into the room. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his stomach.

"Oh," Sammy shiver.

"Sorry," I chuckled and kissed his shoulder. "Did you do your homework?"

"No," he looked down. "Can you help me?"

"Yeah," I smile. I let Alan get change.

"Thanks," he smiles.

So here we were helping Sammy with his homework. Cole was helping us too.

"Eww homework," Donny walked in. Right forgot.

"Cole helps him, I have to talk to Donny," I said.

"Okay," Cole smiled.

I lead Donny to my office. I haven't had time to talk to him since he has taken over Sammy job. Since Sammy goes to school now, he can't help Susie and Tina.

"What?" Donny sat down.

"I need to ask you something," I sat on my chair and leaned back. "Do you know anyone named Cesar?"

"Hmm," Donny tap.the desk. "Oh yes, I do. His my father, Beta. His one strange man though. Always sad and not very talkative. I guess his sad because his wife got killed. And he has no kids. I feel sorry for him. But his such a nice man. Why you ask?"

"Because, his Sammy father," I said. "Sammy mother told me."

"Oh right you told me about that," I have told Donny and Cole about Sammy and me, going to the hidden town. But I didn't give them the location. "Wow, Cesar is Sammy father. No wonder Cesar always mistreated Sammy."

"What?" I frowned. "So he mistreated Sammy as well. I guess he didn't care about his son."

"Well he always mistreated him when the others would do something bad," Donny frowned. "Come to think of it. Cesar always took Sammy away. When the guys would beat Sammy up, Cesar was pulling Sammy away and making him lift heavy sacks of rice and corn. I'm starting to think Cesar was saving Sammy from all those beatings. Since he would be the one to take Sammy to his room whenever he was badly hurt."

"Ah," I ran a hand through my hair. "So you think that was the only way for Cesar to protect his son?"

"I guess,"Donny looked down. "I think if Cesar tried to take Sammy away. They will attack him. And it just one wolf against the pack. My father is cruel. He would take anyone out if he knew someone was trying to betray him."

"Donny, was your father always Alpha?" I asked. "I mean did it run in the family?"

"I don't know," he said. "You think Cesar is the Alpha?" I nod. "So my father defeated Cesar?"

"Samantha said Cesar was strong," I said. "If he was that strong. There's no way someone could defeat him."

"Maybe my father threatens Cesar," Donny said. "With Sammy. It's why my father had Sammy leaving in clans house and if Sammy isn't there anymore. Cesar could take him down. No wonder my father wants Sammy back. Sammy is the only thing my father can use against Cesar."

"If that's the case, your father will do all he can to get Sammy back," I said. "Donny we can't let that happen. We have to help Cesar bring your father down."

"No," Donny stood up. "I mean yes, but I want to bring my father down. I said that when I left the pack. I have to own up to it. I can't be a crowd and run from it. Once I defeated him, I'll give Cesar full control of the pack."

"You father has another beta?" I asked.

"Yeah but just give him a beer," Donny smile. "He likes to drink."

"Alright," I sigh. "For now, keep all this to yourself. Tell Cole if you want. But I don't want Sammy to know."

"Okay," Donny walked to the door and stopped. "I'm glad Sammy has someone like you." He walked out.

I sat there thinking of how I'll get in contact with Cesar. There must be away. Maybe a letter. But what if Dale finds it.

I stood up and walked out. Sammy was still doing his homework. He had a big smile. I love seeing him happy. And I will keep it like that.

'I'll do it,' Sin said. 'I can contact this Cesar guy. I'll try to. It can't be that hard.'

'Just be careful,' I said. 'We don't know if Cesar is willing to help or not.'

'Oh he will, I'll make him,' Sin snicker. 'Bastard.'

I sighed and walked over.

"Finish!" Sammy yell. "Thank you, Cole." He kissed Cole cheek.

"Your welcome," Cole chuckled. "Soon you'll be able to do your homework on your own."

Sammy smile. His tail twirl around. He bent down and picked up the cats. The cats gave me this look. A taunting look. I so hate those cats. They like taunting me.

'Ha, he is holding us and not you!'

I tense those cats just hacked my mind. I glare.

'Keep it up, and I'll throw you two out,' I said.

'Na uh, Sammy will bring us back in,' they said.

'Not if his sleeping,' I laugh evilly.

They shut up and began to meow. I shook my head. Those little brats. I'll unmask them.

They should wait and see; I will get them.
