"Gen" the teacher said to the girl, she looked up from playing with her friends curly locks, she stops singing the song she was singing.

"Yeah teach?" She smiled with mock innocence.

"Genevieve you are distracting the class, you don't even need to be here"

"Fine" she grumbled and stood up. She levitated to the door and flew through it, being to lazy to open it. She stuck out her tongue at the teacher before sitting just outside the class.

"Ducking humans thinking they can boss me around like I'm their student" she mumbled bitterly to herself. Sure she was always at the school, but she really didn't know where to go, considering her parents had moved away right after her death, not to mention she really couldn't face them. So she just kinda haunted the school.

The bell rang, echoing through the balcony. She quickly zoomed into the classroom, going though the door. she grabbed her friends hand and pulled her towards the door.

"Bye teach, I've gotta Gene-leave"

The teacher sighed as he watched his students and the poltergeist leave.

"Gen, you need to stop following me into my classes!" Her friend Alexandria scolded.

"Hey! What else am I gonna do while you're in class!" She responded, blowing her poofy pastel pink hair out of her face.

"I don't know... Go to the library?"

"Booooooorriiiing~" Genevieve responds in a singsong voice, floating upside down next to her friend.

"Well...you could go out into the town?" The tan girl immediately frowned at this suggestion and she looked at her friend.

"No"

"No?"

"No" she repeated, jumping off the balcony and zooming down. Giggling as she saw some newer students look at her with wide eyes.

Her being at the school was a normal thing, most people didn't talk about her outside of the school, to be honest, she was pretty sure they weren't aloud. Most people ignored her.

Gen sat down at one of the benches near a bunch of year 7s. They kept staring at her, frozen in fear. You see, it was the second week of school and Genevieve thought she should leave them alone for the first week. But for the second? She was gonna unleash hell upon them.

Gen had been deemed the school trickster by many people, and she wore the title proudly. The teachers had given up on standing up to her, considering she could possibley kill them if she wanted. The only people who could deal with her were Alexandria, her reaper and the principle.

"H-hey you!" A kid shouted, he looked to be around a year 7.

"Yeah?"

"The hell are you?" He asked, he seemed terrified and Gen could feel a smirk crawl onto her lips.

"Oh, what am I?" She levitated off the bench and floated in a sitting position just in front of the kid. "I'm you're worst nightmare, sweetie" she poked his nose and giggled as he fell back. She watched as he scrambled away with his group of fuckbois.

Suddenly she saw a teacher walk towards her, yay getting told what to do she thought to herself with a frown.

"Yo, sup' Ellen!"

"Hello to you too Genevieve" she said in a monotone tone.

"Please~ call me Gen" Ellen just shook her had at the girl and looked back up to her.

"We need to talk about your behaviour" she said firmly.

"Miss when were you born?"

"Uh... Nineteen eighty nine"

"Which makes you twenty six?"

"I believe so, why are you aski-"

"Well I was born in nineteen eighty seven which makes me twenty eight, you know what that means?"

"What?"

"That I'm older than you and you can't tell me what to do!" She stuck out her tongue at the woman and flew off."

"You still act and look as if you're fifteen!" Genevieve heard the woman shout.

"Lalalalala I'm not listening" she reached the roof of the three story school and sat down. Looking at the students below.

This is gonna be a fun year!
