(Malia's POV)

I walked up to Lydia's door, proud of myself for driving all the way here on my own. Also proud that I had properly played hard to get with Isaac. I did like him, but I wasn't sure if he liked me as much as I liked him. I wanted to date him but.... I wasn't quite sure how to make that happen. So I decided to go to Lydia for help. I knocked on the door and Lydia's mom answered the door.

"Hello Malia, here to see Lydia?" She asked. I smiled and nodded. "She's upstairs, I trust you can find her room on your own." I nodded again, heading upstairs and using my sense of smell to find Lydia's room. I knocked on her door, knowing better then to just walk in. Stiles had told me that it was polite to knock, also I had accidentally walked in on him... its actually not important. I just always knock now.

"Mom, I told you I don't want any dinner right now!" Lydia called.

"That's nice, but its Malia." I called back. There was a thump before the door opened. Lydia was wearing a pair of shorts with a tank top. Her long hair was in a messy bun. She smiled at me brightly and pulled me into her room.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" She asked as she laid back down on her bed.

"First, I drove here on my own! And I need advice." I said as I sat in her desk chair.

"Good job, and advice on what?" She asked.

"Isaac." I replied. "I played hard to get like you told me too, and I'm pretty sure it did something... but I'm not really good at reading emotions yet." I shrugged. She nodded.

"So what do you need advice on then?" She asked me.

"I want to date him." I said confidently, even though I didn't feel confident at all.

"You have to wait for him to ask you sweety. I would say ask him yourself, but I think it would be worthwhile to wait in this case." She replied as she sat up.

"I don't even know if he likes me though." I sighed.

"Oh, I know for a fact that he likes you Malia." Lydia said. The look she gave me told me that she had a confident sorce of information coming in from someone.

"Alright." I nodded. I stayed for about an hour, we talked about nothing and everything, and when I left I felt much more confident then I had when I had first arrived. I pulled up at Stiles' house and heard music playing from inside. I walked up to the door and smelled that Isaac was here.

I opened the door and saw Stiles and Isaac dancing together. I tried to stifle a laugh, but Isaac heard me and turned around, a blush settling high on his cheek bones.

"I'll be up in my room, carry on." I laughed as I headed up the stairs.
