(Malia POV)
The day of the dance was hectic for both me and Stiles. The school agreed that former students were allowed to come to the dance, so Stiles had asked out Derek, which was awesome, but now we both had to sit through hair and make-up from Lydia.
"Why do I even need concealer? I don't have acne!" Stiles exclaimed. I laughed.
"It brings out your color honey." Lydia said as she applied more to his face. I had just gone through that so I knew exactly how he felt.
"Maybe I don't want my color brought out." Stiles snapped.
"Maybe you should listen to the one applying things to your face and shut up." Lydia snapped back.
"Guys, shut up." I said. They both looked over at me an then nodded. I leaned back on Lydia's bed.
"Get up!" I snapped back up into sitting position and glared at Lydia.
"Why?"
"I spent two fucking hours curling your thick ass hair, don't ruin it before Isaac even gets to see it." Lydia snapped.
"I didn't didn't ask you to spend two fucking hours on my thick ass hair, so if I ruin it, its your problem, not mine." I snapped back.
"Get her Malia." Stiles laughed. Lydia glared and slapped the back of his head. "Ow, leave me alone." I laughed and watched Lydia get back to doing Stiles' make-up, not that he needed any.
Over an hour later, all three of us were ready, Kira called saying that Scott was going to pick her up at her house. All that was left for us was waiting for our dates. Lydia had decided that Mason was her best option considering how things went between Jackson, and then Aiden. Mason agreed, seeing as he couldn't bring his boyfriend Brett to the dance because he went to another school.
"Stiles, stop fidgeting!" Lydia snapped. Stiles looked sad for a moment before he nodded. "Sorry, I didn't mean to snap, but prom just stresses me out." Lydia said as she hugged him. I zoned out when I heard a car pull up the driveway, moments later there was a knock on the door. I rushed over and opened it. Standing on the other side was Isaac, his smile like the sun as he offered me his arm.
"Ready?" He asked. I nodded.
"Totally."
