Chapter 17 : OMG

Today, Yubin, Hayeon and Purin went for their solo schedules. You stayed at the dorm. Your heart area hurts a lot for some reason. You decided to go to the hospital to do a check-up as the pain was on going for almost 2 weeks already.

You didn't want anyone to know that you were going to the hospital. Especially Tiffany and Hayeon. You wore a nice shirt and went down to the car park and drove to the hospital.

On the way to the hospital, you switched on some music and Tiffany suddenly called you.

"Yeobosaeyo" you answered the call.

"Yeobosaeyo" Tiffany replied in a cute voice (T_T) "Lily where are you now?"

"Um... I have schedules now though. I'm driving there." you lied.

"Are you alone?"

"Yeah."

"When will your schedule end?"

"I don't know... I'll call you when I'm done?"

"Arraseo! Call me soon. Bye cutie!"

You hung up the phone and soon you reached the hospital. You wore a beanie and a pair of sunglasses before you got out of your car. You didn't want anyone to recognize you.

"Hello, can I get a number?" you asked the nurse at the counter politely.

"Sure! Please fill up this form."

You wrote your particulars and the nurse started to key it into the computer.

"Wait... You look kinda familiar... Are you Heejung from Frabels?" the nurse was shocked as she tried to see your face.

You leaned forward. "Yes, I am. Please do not tell anyone that I'm here..."

"Omg unnie. Can I at least have your signature?" the nurse exclaimed quietly.

"Sure!" you smiled.

"Thank you so much! Please sit down there and wait for your number. Have a good day." she greeted you with a huge smile.

You collected your number and went to an empty seat and sat there. There wasn't many people at the hospital so your number was called up in no time.

You walked towards the door and knocked gently. You went in and the doctor gestured you to sit in front of his table.

"Ms Jung, what's wrong?"

"Around my heart, it hurts."

"Did you recently have any break ups or any close ones passed away?"

"Um no ... -.-"

"Hmm... Please come with me." You followed the doctor to a machine in the room. "Please lie down. I'll scan your body to see what's wrong." You did as the doctor told and the report came out in a minute.

"Hm... Ms Jung, from what I've read the scan, you're anemic."

"What's that?"

"Anemic is defined by a lack of red blood cells which means your body will not be able to provide sufficient oxygen. However your condition is different. It will hurt around your heart for no reason some times. It would come and go. You have to avoid any physical activities such as dancing, running. Slow jog is fine." the doctor explained.

"Is it ok if I dance but not a dance with so many moves that will make you breathless easily?"

"That should be possible but if you feel like you don't have enough oxygen, please stop dancing."

"Ahh... Is there any cure to this?"

"I'm afraid not. You really have to take care of yourself. This could lead to death!" the doctor warned.

"Arraseo. Thank you doctor." you bowed and left the room.

You went to the counter and paid money for the check up.

"Unnie get well soon and hwaiting!" the same nurse told you and bid you goodbye. You smiled at her and walked towards the car park. You got into your car and looked at the scan results again.

You sighed.

"Isn't my condition the same as Soo Jung unnie and Soo Yeon unnie?"

As you kept the scan result in your bag, your phone rang.

"Yeobosaeyo?"

It was Tiffany.

"Hey are you done?"

"Yeah, I was just done."

"Do you wanna go shopping?"

"Where?"

"Hmm... Hallyu Street?" Tiffany suggested.

"Ok. Do you need me to fetch you?"

"Sure. I'm at the dorm though."

"I'll be there in 10 min!"
