I slowed to a stop at a red light. I let my mind wander away from driving to the note I'd just read. Thoughts of what Harry needed to talk to me about raced through my mind. The possibilities were endless. Maybe he's going to tell me about why he was so down after the concert tonight. I stared down at my knuckles tuning white because I was gripping the steering wheel quite tightly. I let go of the wheel, shook my hands and massage my knuckles. I let my mind wander again before I heard a loud honk that knocked me back into reality. The light had turned green.
I pushed down on the gas pedal and focused on driving now. But, I couldn't help but let Harry wiggle his way into my mind every now and again. I decided to just push it away until he asked to talk to me.
I pulled into Louis' driveway and honked. I turned the key to turn off my ignition and pulled it out. As I pushed my car door open I saw a blonde head peek around the door frame.
"ALEXIS!" I heard him yell. The door flew open. I laughed and let my car door close. Niall ran outside and down the sidewalk to me. He slammed into me, picking me up off the ground and spinning me around. I squealed and laughed at the same time.
"Hey," Niall started, "it's like 10 o'clock. Shush!" He finished loudly. I wrinkled my nose at him teasingly.
"Whatever. Put me down blondie." I said through a smile. Niall set me back on the ground gently. I tried to walk past him but I felt a gentle tug on my hair and turned around to face him.
"You're blonde too-oo!" Niall chanted. I laughed and shook my head. "Let's go! Inside!" Niall scooped me up and threw me over his shoulder.
"Ugh...Niaalll!" I complained. Niall started walking and bounced me slightly on his shoulders.
"Shush. What don't you understand about shush?" He asked me, continuing toward the door. I crossed my arms.
"Shut up..." I huffed.
Niall pushed the door open wider with his hip and walked inside, then kicked it closed behind him.
"Got her." He said walking straight past the kitchen. I waved to the boys sitting around the table messing around with some cards. He walked into the living room and dropped me on the couch.
"Niall..." I complained. "You know I'm the one cooking for you tonight, right?" I looked at him expectantly. He nodded. "Then let me go cook." Niall shook his head at this. "And why not?"
"Because," he started, "you're my dinner!" He whispered creepily. He took my hand in his hands and started lightly biting my fingers.
"Niall!" I screeched. "Stop! That tickles! You know I'm extremely ticklish everywhere!" I struggled to get away from him but he held me in place with one arm. "Niaaaalll!!!" I pushed my other hand against his forehead, forcing his head away from my fingers. He laughed at me.
"Fine. I'll stop." He chucked as I removed my hand from his forehead. As I was getting off the couch, Niall stood up quickly and locked my cheek before running out of the room.
"Niall! You evil leprechaun! I'm telling Liam!" I laughed and ran after him.
