The Light

~Chapter 1- My life~

     My name is Savanna Coleman and I just moved to Oregon. I have always loved going there as a kid and now my family and I have finally moved here. By family, I mean my mom, my sister and my cat. Dad died a while ago in a car crash. So yeah, life was tough without him and I don't like to talk about it. But other than that, life was great! Moving to Oregon from Florida was pretty hard. We had a lot of stuff to box up and send to our new house there. It was a decent sized house and I had my own bedroom with a view of the forest. 

     I am 14 and today was my first day at the new school in Oregon. I dressed very pretty. I put on my mascara, my light pink l'oreal lipstick, my white shimmery eyeshadow, a black, lacey dress, a pink hang-off vest, and my black, high heel boots. I brushed my black hair and parted my hair to the side. I grabbed my black glasses and ran out the door, my Juicy Couture bag bouncing as I ran through the house. My mom was waiting in the car to drop me off.
