     "(Nickname)! Oi, (Nickname)!" You turned around to the Prussian.
     "What?" He looked at his feet and muttered something. "Gil, I can't hear you. Speak louder please?"
     "I said, do you want to hang out with me?!" You shrugged.
     "Sure, why not?" He smirked and did a mini celebration.
     "Okay, how about tomorrow afternoon?" Gilbert handed you a piece of paper and ran off cheering loudly.
     "Gilbert! Wait, I don't have a car yet!" You sighed and smiled. You'll get to your best friend's house somehow.

~~~
     You knocked on the door. "Hey, Gil! It's hot outside, let me in!" The door swung open revealing a flustered-looking Gilbert.
     "Hi, (Nickname)!" He stepped aside to let you in. "What's up?" he asked.
     "The ceiling of your house." Gilbert grinned.
     "Nice one, but seriously, how are you?"
     "I'm fine, I guess..." You walked inside the living room and glanced around. He followed behind.
     "How is it? Pretty awesome, right?" You nodded.
     "Yeah, but now I realized I've never been in your house before... how come?"
     "I was busy with some stuff!" You gave him a weird look.
     "The awesome Gilbert Beilschmidt can have stuff to do?!" He tried to frown at you but ended up snickering. You laughed along too.
    "Well, the cool (Full Name) can make jokes?" You gave him a serious look.
     "Yes. Actually, I can sometimes." An awkward silence followed after that. You asked him, "So, what do you want to do?" Gilbert pondered about that.
     "I don't know actually..." The two of you plopped on the couch and brainstormed for something you and Gilbert could do. "H-hey, (Name)..." You looked at him. He rarely said your name unless he was serious or joking.
     "Yes, Gilbert?" He refused to look at you.
     "Well, I... this is too difficult, let me show you." Gilbert leaned over and kissed you. This caught you off guard and you didn't respond. He pulled back with a rather hurt look on his face.
     "Sorry, (Name), I know you don't like me, but I love you so..." It was your turn to frown.
     "Who said I didn't love you, Gilbert?" You wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him. He kissed back softly, which was rather unexpected from him. You pulled away this time and hugged him again.
"(Nickname), I love you."
"Love you too, Gil!"
~Extended Ending~
     He ran his fingers through your tangled hair, which irritated you because he kept yanking the knots on accident. "Hey, Gil." He didn't answer. "Gil." No response. "Gil. Stop that. Gil." Still no reply. "Gilbert..." Another pull was all it took.
     "Gilbert Beilschmidt, I swear if you do that one more time I will rip your five meters out." You gave him a scary glare and he quickly removed his hand.
     A Spaniard and a Frenchman fell out of a tree. "What was that?!" you exclaimed. You stood up and ran outside.
     "Toni, Fran, what in the world are you doing?" you asked. Francis was sprawled on the grass awkwardly and Antonio was barely clinging onto the branch.
     "Um, you see," Antonio began. "We--"
     "Science project!" Francis yelled.
     "What?"
     "We were testing gravity and speed! Right, Gil?" The Prussian raised an eyebrow at the two. Francis gave him a look and Gilbert sighed.
     "Yeah, they were." You blinked.
     "Oh. Okay! Um..." You looked up at the sky and gasped.
     "How much time passed?! Sorry, Gil, I have to go home now! My parents must be worried! See you tomorrow!" You ran down the sidewalk and down the corner.
     "So close..." Francis mumbled. Gilbert tapped his feet and coughed.
     "Ahem... so explain to me what you were doing?" Antonio nervously laughed.
     "Um, it's this thing called--" Once again, Francis cut Antonio off.
     "Observing!" he said. Gilbert facepalmed.
     "Come on, you can do better than that."
