I stared at him, dumbfounded. How had he known I was Autumn? I had gone through my disguise and everything. I guess i'd have to play dumb. " I don't know what you're talking about." I said slowly, eying him suspiciously before walking past him. Don't follow, don't follow, don't follo-

" Don't play stupid with me April."

I turned swiftly, palm colliding with his mouth, shutting up his protests immediately. "It's Autumn." I sighed in defeat, knowing there was no hope in fooling his stubborn self. I felt him grin against my palm, reminding me where it was.

Gently pulling my hand back, I shot him a knowing look, pressing a finger to my lips as a reminder for him to not speak of my two identities. I shook my head, smiling slightly, remembering I had to make my way to the office.

"So..unnamed stranger." Admittedly, I was a tad ashamed I didn't even know his name,  and yet he knew both of mine. "Where's the office?"

He raised his eyebrows at my name for him, before walking straight, using his hands and motioning for me to follow him. I trailed behind, attempting to be hidden behind his tall stature, aware of the stares I was receiving from the other students. I sincerly hoped no one had recognised me. Stupid staring students.

As if on cue, he casually added, "Don't worry, you don't look anything like.. well, you." He pursed his leps reassuringly, before jerking his head pointedly to his right.

"The office." He stated, responding to my questioning look.

"Oh right..right. Thank you!"  I chirpily said, waving a goodbye to him before running towards the office. From the corner of my eye, I saw him shake his head, smile perched on his lips and dimples revealed. Strangely enough, my heart fluttered slightly at the sight of that. No! I shook my head in surprise. I didn't even know the guy, I couldn't like him if I didn't know the first thing about him. It was probably his good looks that attracted me any way.

I gently pushed the office door open, walking towards the front desk. The receptionist looked up from behind the desk, smiling welcomingly.

"Hello! I'm Autumn Field." I shot her my most convincing sweet smile, which se so ever kindly returned.

"Allrighty then. This is your schedule and your locker number. I'm assuming you already have your books with you, or at least the book list. Good luck and have a wonderful day!"

I thanked her, walking out of the office in time for the dreaded bell to chime. Argh, I was going to be late on the first day.

I quickly rushed towards my allocated locker, dumping my books there. Scanning my schedule quickly, I groaned at the sight of mathematics. Double periods, just great.  I grabbed my maths book, shutting my locker in a rush and dashing for my first class. I used the map on the back of the schedule, thankfully, I was good at that.

Man, this school was big. However, it wasn't long before I found my first class. I gently knocked, timidly pushing it open. I peered inside, eyes widening at the two dozen curious pairs of eyes that greeted me. Boy, was I panicking on the inside.

I walked in, unsure. I hadn't been to school since my acting career began. I had a social life, obviously, but it was with other actors that I worked with. I didn't have to deal with the dramatic lives of teenage high school kids. I was used to being judged for my acting skills or as my character, not judged for being me.

The teacher shot me  a look behind her rimmed glasses before giving me a warm smile. Okay then.

"Welcome Ms. field. Since it is your first day, I will excuse your lack of punctuality. However, I will not ignore it from now on. Please make your way to the seat next to Mr. Hayes." At the sound of his name, the girls in the class immediately broke out in hushed whispers, whereas the guys sniggered.

I looked around the classroom, wondeirng who said 'Mr.Hayes' was. I ignored the curious looks as soon as I found a grinning brownhaired Levi. I groaned, not liking this idea at all. He would probably resume mocking me as he did before. Reluctantly, I sat myself in the seat next to his, glueing my eyes to the front of the classroom.

I could see him grinning, staring at me. 10 minutes later and he was constantly sneaking me glances. Slowly, I turned my head, shooting him a glare.

"Take a photo, it lasts longer."

He only chuckled in reply, turning away, attention now fixated on the giggling blonde at the back. I watched as he winked at her, causing her to burst out in a fit of giggles. Ew, flirt alert.

What seemed to be hours later, the class finished. I groaned internally, heading to class, reminding myself that this was my choice. they would have to find me eventually, the people who worked for my father, to sort out his will. Undoubtedly, it would be signed to me.

I strolled out of the classroom, pushing my glasses up with a finger, before colliding into a hard object. It seemed I would never learn my lesson. Look where you're going, silly me. I prepared myself to glare at whoever was in my way, only to be extremely shocked as I stared into a familiar pair of twinkling grey eyes.
