Prologue

Hey guys, here is the prologue, and yeah the pic in the media bar is the one i imagines to be rayan. Well u can imagine who ever u like.

Rayan's pov

After a long wait, i'm seeing her. Her almond shaped eyes met mine. Even if it is for a second, i knew.... its her. I actually lost hopes finding her as we royals have less chances to have a destined soulmate. But now i have found her, in the least expected place, in India, in this pub!!!

I am very much surprised! But i know that its her, even from this distance, i can smell her sweet fragrance of roses and milk. Its her, i know it. I mentally thanked my beta, benji for convincing me to attend this business deal even when its not necessary. If he doesn't i wouldn't have found her even now!

Coming out of my thoughts i looked at her. To say that she is beautiful, pretty or cute would be understatement for her beauty. Her beauty is unexplainable in words. It should just be felt and only i have the right to feel her beauty. No one, i repeat no one has that right! She is mine, only mine!!!

For the next few minutes i kept staring at her. She is talking with some girls at a little distance from me. I can hear her voice, even though i couldn't understand her words as it is some other language, it sounded so sweet and magical to me. Her smile....it is breath-taking. Her laugh is like some melody, it made my heart skip a beat. It seemed like a dream for me. My dream broke, when she started walking away from the group of people she's talking till now and also from my vision. As a reflex i started following her.

Something is a miss!! Why is she walking away from me, even after she saw me, hadn't she recognised me?! She walked towards the exit and turned back at me. I smiled at her but she frowned and looked confused and shocked!! Whats wrong?!! Is she afraid of me?! But why?!

I increased my pace to go near her and she too increased her pace and walked outside after going a little distance she again turned to see me and she started running!! Her expression said that she is afraid! As a reflex i turned my head to back to see if someone else is following us that she is afraid of! But i found none. Is she afraid of me? She is running from me! But why?!

I screamed at her to stop, but she didnt. I ran towards her. We reached parking lot, she hurriedly went inside. I followed her but shes not seen anywhere. But i can smell her, she is here. Is she hiding from me?! The rage built in me, why is behaving like this? Doesn't she want me? My eyes teared with this thought. I have been waiting many years for her without mating with someone else, and she is running from me!! Why is this happening to me? Doesn't she like me? Am i not good enough for her? Or the worse, does she love some one else? I stood there dazed with all these heart breaking thoughts and slow enough to realize that my mate has just passed through me in her scooty. As soon as i realized it i ran towards her.

She is on her scooty, her back turned towards me. She is driving speedly to escape from me. But, i am using my powers and catching up with her. Again she increased her speed. I yelled at her to stop and said that she doesn't need to be afraid of me! She turned around to face me.

That's when the worse happened. In our chase we failed to see a truck speeding towards us and when she turned to face me, the truck dashed her bike, making her fly up from her bike and bump across-side to the road. A helpless yelp escaped my mouth. In a fraction of second i was infront of her escaping the truck, beacause of my super speed.

I knelt down near her and took her in my lap. I don't know when did tears started to fall from my eyes. I was sobbing looking at her bloodied face! Blood is flowing from her forehead and from her hands. My mind is blank, i don't know what to do! Pulling her close to my chest, i hugged her and cried. Her blood drops fell on my hand. I frowned at the realisation when i felt her blood. I was taken aback. It was always there at the back of my head that something is a miss with her when i've seen her. But i ignored it in my excitement, now it struck me. I smelled her blood again to be sure. To say i was shocked would be less to explain what i felt. I was astonished, my mate is a human!!!

So, hows it? Hope it didnt came out cliched! What do u think rayan will do now? And what about the girl, will she be able to survive this accident?
