Chapter 2: Surprise

Axels Pov:

We walked out and I walked to the passenger side of his car. I was about to open it when Xavi interrupted me by opening the door and motioned me to go in. I have him a smile and plopped myself in the car.
Soon he closed the door and walked to the drivers side. He got in and started the engine, he took a glance at me and started driving.

I turned on the radio and "Love yourself " was on and I started singing and dancing along to it. Xavi raised an eyebrow and chuckled. I just playfully rolled my eyes and continued to jam on. "So where are we going" I asked.

He sighed an said," Mall." He said keeping an eye on the road. He seemed to be thinking to himself. "Oh." Is all I responded.

Xavier's Pov:

I couldn't make up my mind. I'll ask her when we go to the mall.. Or maybe the amusement park... Gosh I honestly can't make up my mind. I love Axel. And I'm kinda sure she feels the same way.

What if she doesn't feel the same way?

No. I'm sure she does... The way she talks to me, the way she looks at me...

What if she does that to everyone?

Ugh. I can't stop thinking of all the things that could go wrong. I frowned at myself. I let out a breath I've been holding in for a while.

"Axel?"

Her head quickly faced me and gave me a look, telling me to continue.

Should I continue? I should just maybe ask her later.. But what if I forget later? No, how could I forget? I mean I really want her to be my-

"Yes Xavi?" She said interrupting my thoughts.

"Umm... I-I um.. Well I was wondering.. That I well uh.." Fuck, just say it. "Umm... I mean if you want, you don't have to.. I, um." I closed my eyes trying to control myself.

"Hey," she took my hand, " Relax." She smiled at me.

I took in a deep breath. " For a while now, I didn't  think of you than just my best friend. I started to think about you a lot lately. And well I um.." I turned to look at her, she stared into space but then slowly her expression changed. Her eyes slowly grew bigger and full of happiness.

"You.. Like me?"

I stopped being tense and relaxed, glad she understood.

"Love you, actually." I responded.

"Oh my gosh... Xavi. I-I don't know what to say. I mean I love you too and then you tell me this? And oh my god. " She rambled on. She's so cute.

"Axel. Will you be my girlfriend?"

I stopped at a red light. And turned to her and took her hand.

She smiled," I would love to."
My heart exploded into so much happiness. She's mine now. Nothing could've been any better.

I smiled back at her, and leaned in for a kiss, right when our lips were going to touch,

BEEP, BEEEEEEEP, BEEP!

I rolled my eyes in annoyance  and heard Axel giggle. I started the car again. Nothing can ever ruin this day.

Soon we arrived at the mall. I parked my car and quickly got out to help my princess get out. "Thank you kind sir." she giggled. I chuckled and pulled her small body into a very tight hug.

She instantly wrapped her arms around my neck and laid her head on my chest. I wrapped my hands around her waist and pulled her closer.

"I love you Axel."

"I love you too, Xavi."

I held her small hands in mine and walked to the entrance of the mall.

Axels Pov:

    Ohmygosh, Ohmygod, Ohmygod, OHMYGOSH!!! He's my boyfriend... He likes me. Yeah, I liked him for a while also. I never told him. Honestly this couldn't get anymore perfect. I smiled. I looked at him, he was so perfect. With his gorgeous hazel eyes and dark brown hair.

Something felt weird though. As if someone was following us. I turned to look back but there was no one. I frowned in confusion.

"You okay?" He softly tugged on my arm.

"Yeah, just felt like we had a stalker." I laughed awkwardly.

"I protect you princess. Don't worry." He smiled at me and pecked my cheek.

I blushed at his comment and couldn't help a smile crawl itself on my face. While we were walking I saw the prettiest dress. I gasped and pulled Xavi with me. I quickly entered the store and made my way to the dress. Luckily it was my size. I searched the place for a changing room, and I spotted one. I made my way to it and quickly went in. I put on the dress and fell inlove with how I looked. It hugged my curves and just made me look like a princess. I walked out to show Xavi.

"Holy... Shit."

"What?" I frowned... Does he not like it?

"Baby girl, you look like a goddess." He smiled and took my hands in his.

I smiled and felt him leaning in, soon I felt his soft lips on mine, my eyes fluttered close and soon our lips started to move in the same pace. Soon we pulled away and I hugged him closely. Making him hug me back.

"Go change and I'll pay for that dress. And meet me at the cashier." He said.

"Okay babe." I said and walked back to the dressing room. I took the dress off and threw it over the dressing rooms door and saw Xavi pick it up and walked out. I changed back into my clothes and opened the door. I gaped to see a very tall man standing right in front the door.

"Surprise." He said with a smirk.

I walked back trying the close the door but he quickly pushed the door open, causing me to stumble back. "W-who are you?" I asked in a demanding yet scared voice.

"Hmm... Don't worry about it... Princess." And he made his way towards me and I was gonna scream for help when I felt a cloth being forced onto my face. I tried to push it off but found myself growing weak. My eyes felt tired and soon I fell into deep darkness.
