"What the fuck is this?" Gabe shouted, causing Matt to lay back on his side of the bed (I guess you can say that?) and I ended up flinching at how pissed off my brother sounded. That caused me to cover my face with the blankets.

"Is there something wrong?" Matt asked. Obviously, he didn't understand why Gabe was angry at the moment. "Oh hi, Gabe. How was your New Years? Mine was great." He wasn't amused, both Matt and Gabe.

I could imagine Gabe's facial expressions: stone hard anger. And poor Matt was clueless on why my brother was so pissed off. Well, his teammate ended up sleeping with on of his sisters.

"Oh, it was great. And I can tell yours was wonderful. Right, Freya?"

Shit.

"Wait, you guys know each other?" Matt asked, still sounding confused as ever. I peeked from underneath the blankets to see Matt has already sat up, looking over at where Gabe was standing.

"For the love of God, she's my sister!"

"Oh," was all Matt could say as he sat there in awe, dazed and confused as ever. His mouth stayed in an 'o', as he tried to process all of the information and what just happened.

I heard angry footsteps walk away, knowing Gabe was not too happy to find his teammate in bed with his sister. It became silent in the bedroom as Matt and I didn't say a single word to each other.

"Well, that was awkward as hell," Matt finally said, rubbing his face with both of his hands.

"So you and Gabe are roommates?" I asked, and he only nodded his head in response. My cheeks started to burn up in embarrassment at the thought of my own brother walking in on his teammate and sister.

"Oh yeah, I'm Freya Landeskog. I'm the younger sister of your captain, Gabe," I laughed nervously.

"Well, your brother can get over it," Matt said and got out of the bed. He didn't grab any covers off of the bed, leaving him completely exposed. I blushed after I looked away at the sight of Matt's bare butt. A few moments later, I looked back over at him to see he already dressed himself in a pair of shorts and a burgundy t-shirt with the Avalanche logo printed on the front of it.

My attention went to the side of the bed where all of my clothing laid from last night along with Matt's ripped up shirt and his pair of jeans. I grabbed my bra, underwear and my dress, leaving my silver sandals on the ground for now.

"Here, just wear these instead of the dress again." Matt threw a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt over to me, landing on the edge of the bed. Before I reached over to grab the clothing, I quickly put on my matching red bra and underwear.

I took notice that the grey sweatpants belonged to Gabe since it had number ninety-two printed on the top of the right leg when I slipped the sweats on. Of course, the navy blue sweatshirt belonged to Matt since it had his last name and number on the back along with the Avalanche logo on the front.

I got off of the bed and grabbed my sandals off the floor. I held on tightly to my clothing from last night in my hands and started to make my way out into the hallway. Only that I didn't get to the outside of the room, Matt stopped me right when I was about to walk out. He didn't say a single word to me as he grabbed a hold of my dress and took it out of my hands.

"I'm keeping the dress," he said once I gave him a confusing look. "You don't need to be wearing this dress out anymore. It brings a lot and too much attention towards you."

"Well, aren't you a charmer?" I rolled my eyes and stifled a small laugh. He kept staring down at me, and instead of feeling uncomfortable, I returned the favor to him. Matt didn't move or flinch away, he blinked a couple of times here and there.
