" Kuroo Tetsuro."
"Kozume...Kirara.."
After their brief introduction, the three headed to rooftop to eat lunch.
"..brother. Please put down your game and eat first. It's poor manners." Kirara sighed as she paused his game.
"..Kira." Kenma called out to his sister then pointed to the rolled omelette in her bento.
"Oh this.." she picked it up with her chopsticks and transferred it to his lunch. "Here you go."
"Oh~? That was cute, Kenma." He commented as his rested on the back of his hand like he's thinking. "Do it again, do it again." He chanted with a toothy grin as if trying to tick his friend off.
"Shut up, Kuro." Kenma replied, frowning a little.
Time flew by and it was already after school. Kirara ended up arriving at the gym a bit late since she was talking with her adviser about her club application. She opened the door a bit and peeked her head inside to see the Nekoma Boy's Volleyball Club practicing.
"Eh? Kenma-san? Why are you wearing a skirt?" Said a boy's voice from behind her. She turned to see and saw a boy with brown hair that is standing up.
"I-I'm not really Kenma. I'm Kozume Kirara. Pleased to meet you." She replied. The boy then opened the door for her and smiled.
"I'm Inouka. Sou Inouka, Kirara-san. Sensei! Kenma-san's sister came here to visit!" He announced as he jogged inside.
Everyone stopped what they we're doing and looked at the girl by the door who is now shaking a bit from nervousness because of the sudden attention.
"G-Good afternoon.." she bowed a bit as a greeting.
"Kira--" Kenma called out but he was defeated by the booming voice of Kagetora Yamamoto.
"OOOoooOoOooHHhhhHh!" He yelled as he ran towards the girl and knelt on one knee. "A goddess has descended on our barren team. I am Yamamo--" before he could finish, he was knocked on the head by none other than the captain of the team.
"Pardon this guy, Kozume-san." He apologized as he tossed the poor guy to the side. "Here for Kenma?" He asked her with his signature smirk.
"Yes and..I'm also here to watch. Brother invited me." She replied as she fiddled with her fingers. She was a bit nervous about being surrounded by new people since it was her first time transferring schools.
"Then you are more than welcome to come in. Do you also play volleyball? I am the adviser of this club." Said an elderly man who is seating on the bench.
"You must be Nekomata-sensei. Sako-sensei wanted to give you this." She gave him a folder. "It's the waivers for the volleyball team she said."
"I see, I see. Thank you, Kirara." He gave her a smile. "Why not seat here and watch the team. If you're interested you can be the manager for the team. These guys want one." He laughed heartily.
"I-I'm not sure about that, sensei.." she replied.

Kirara ended up watching the team warm up for a bit and seeing it as an opportunity, she brought out a small sketchpad from her bag and began sketching something using a pencil.
Practice began shortly after that and it was their spiking practice today. Since there'll be a practice match the week after next, the team is quite serious and they were all delivering powerful spikes one after another.
As Kirara was about to finish, the pencil she was holding slipped from her grip and ended up rolling away when her mind spaced out while looking at somrthing. She followed the runaway pencil which stopped rolling on the floor, but when she was about to pick it up, she heard her brother yell in a panicked voice:
"Kira! Watch out!" She turned to face the source of the voice but before she can even reply, a ball made contact with her face sending her lying on her back.
The gym fell silent as all eyes focused on the girl lying on the floor. Kirara slowly sat up and catched her head. She suddenly felt dizzy. She looked down and noticed that droplets of blood stained her white blouse.
"B-Brother..." she called out as she covered her nose to stop the blood from dropping though it only passed through the gap of her fingers and continued to trickle down.
"What did you do, Kuroo!" Yaku immediately ran towards her together with the others. Kenma was obviously worried.
"It was an accident you know! Like I'd hit her on purpose!" He defended as he followed. He knelt infront of Kirara and removed her hand that was covering her nose. "Tch. Come on." He then carried her in his arms and placed her to sit on the bench.
Feeling slightly embarrassed from Kuroo's sudden action, she humg her head low yo hide her face, but Kuroo tilted her chin upwards while looking directly at her.
"Just keep still for awhile. Maintain that position." He instructed as he wipes the blood that trickled from her nose. "What were you thinking when you just charged into the court during a rally." He sighed. "Don't do that again! Also, I'm sorry. It was an accident." He apologized.
"I-It's fine.." she said completely stunned at his new behavior.
"Oi, why are you looking at me with such disbelief in your eyes. It's hurting me." He flicked her forehead lightly.
"G-Gomen..It's just..it was not the Kuroo-san I met earlier." She replied.
"Kenma! Your sister is being like you!" Kuroo tattled like a child losing an arguement.
"If she suffers a serious injury, Mom will surely freak out." Kenma replied as he jogs to their location. He was clearly worried about his sister being hit by a volleyball and is now suffering from a bleeding nose.
"I said I'm sorry, okay? Kozume-san, can you still see clearly?" Kuroo waved a hand in front of her.
"To be honest, everything is a bit...swirly..?" She squinted her eyes at him, trying to focus her vision.
"Shit. Sensei! I'll be taking her to the infirmary for a while! The lot of you, continue practicing!"
"I'll come too." Kenma answered as he stood up.
"You should stay here. I'll handle this and take care of her." Before Kenma can say another word, Kuroo lifted Kirara in her arms and headed out to the infirmary, leaving the gym with all its members dumbfounded at the scene they've witnessed.
"What is this? A movie?" Yaku asked, confused.
"SO UNFAIR!!!" Yamamoto complained.
