Chapter 13: rare moments

"Was this really so bad?" I tease as I guide Yugi into the nice cabin we rented by his bound wrists. The cabin overlooked a large lake and was situated on five acres of private land. He and I are completely alone.
"That is yet to be seen." Yugi answers cautiously. "We've only just gotten here."
"True, but we had quite a pleasurable drive," I look at him with a broad smirk. "Wouldn't you agree?" His face glows a bright red and he looks away from me.
"We have sex in the car one time and it's going to be held over me for the rest of my life." He grumbles.
"Oh absolutely." I answer teasingly. "How could I not keep reminding you of it? It was such a memorable experience I have to be certain that it sticks in that memory of yours forever." Yugi says nothing as I pull him to me chuckling. "Don't be so embarrassed it isn't such a big deal." Yugi merely nods and I kiss his forehead gently.
"I miss them already." He murmurs.
"They are both probably still asleep." I say with a laugh. "Those two can sleep like the dead when they want to."
"Do you really think that grandpa can handle watching them by himself? Truthfully?"
"Not a single doubt has crossed my mind about it." I answer with a reassuring smile. "All three of them will be fine Yugi. If I felt that there was something amiss with the situation I never would have agreed to it. You know that."
"Yeah, that's true." Yugi says softly.
"Stop worrying." I say teasingly, as I ruffle his hair earning me a groan of protest from Yugi. "Start enjoying myself."
"I would," he says with a cheeky look down at his wrists. "But I can't seem to be capable of doing anything at the moment besides sitting completely still."
"How about laying?" I ask with a smirk.
"Shut up." Yugi grumbles with a blush. I chuckle in response.
"Only joking." I quickly and easily untie his hands, the ribbon falling to the floor smoothly. "I wouldn't want to exhaust you after just getting here."
"Such overconfidence." Yugi teases in response, lightly tapping my forehead with the side of his fist.
"Something you haven't helped to keep in check love." I look down at him with hooded eyes. "With all of your moans and begging-"
"Stop talking right this second!" He screams.
"Seems I win." I tease as I pull him into my arms.
"You're an ass." He mumbles into my chest.
"True, but you knew that from day one." I answer with a smirk.
"Did I?"
"I made no effort to conceal it from you." My arms tighten around him, pulling him as close as physically possible to me. Even. With his body crashed up against me that didn't feel close enough to satisfy me, but this isn't all about me. "You saw right through me and agreed to marry me anyways." I lower my head to his ear. "Twice."
"Yeah yeah." He grumbles playfully. "We're married twice, how special are we?"
"As special as they come." I say before tilting his chin up with a finger. "I must be special if I was able to persuade you to love me in return."
"Good to hear that you admit that you are difficult to handle." He whispers. I chuckle quietly before leaning down and capturing his lips. Yugi jumps and wraps his legs around my waist and makes me stumble back slightly in surprise. My hands quickly jumps to catch him and hold him to me as we kiss sweetly.
/"I've missed this."/ I whisper through the link.
/"As have I."/ Yugi replies. /"You just seemed so content with playing with the kids that I never felt that it was appropriate to kiss you like this."/
/"I don't care what I'm doing, you are always allowed to kiss me."/ I say seriously. /"I mean it, no matter what I'm doing."/
/"I'll keep that in mind."/ Yugi chuckles as he threads his fingers into my hair. His soft fingertips grazing across my scalp in slow and soothing patterns that send shivers down my spine.
"I love you." I whisper onto his sweet lips quietly.
"I love you more."
