Brandon's POV
Ashley has been missing for a while now. We are going for a search party. I've been so worried. She doesn't even know how I feel about her. I like her, a lot. Avery and I are going to look for her in the woods today. I packing what we need. Bottle water, trail mix, first aid. sunscreen, flashlight, extra batteries, matches, and maps.
"I've got all we need. Are you ready?" I asked Avery. She has been freaking out since Ashley has gone missing.
"Y-yeah, I guess," Avery said.
"Okay, let's go," I replied getting up from my spot on the floor. She nodded and followed me. We left my house and headed to the woods. We made it to the meadow I saw the guy attack Ashley. We started heading far out when I noticed two people sitting in a little meadow. It seemed to be a guy and a girl.
"Avery, head back home. I got this," I whispered to her.
"What? No, you're going to need back up," She whispered yelled at me.
"Don't worry about me. I know you can't be outside for awhile or you'll faint. I'll be fine," I whispered back her.
"Fine, just be careful." She replied. She started walking back to my house.
Avery's POV
If only knew how I felt about him.
Brandon's POV
I stood there behind the bush watching them. That's when I realized it was Ashley. I was about to call her name when I saw them kiss. That brought a giant pain to my heart. I stood there shocked. The girl I likes...no LOVED....stood there kissing a guy. I saw them smile and started heading toward a trail. I then realized it was the guy that attacked her! I wanted to go and attack him but I used all my power not to. I went and silently followed them.
