Only because you can't hear or see them, doesn't mean they dont exist.

Chloe Beale watch many houses pasting by as the car continues to drive. It's been three hours sitting in this seat with her parents having nonsense conversations about how their life shall be better.

Chloe sigh because it's the same bull crap they said for several years. Yes. Indeed, they moved and traveled to different places. It's usually because Chloe is never accepted by society for her "situation". Her parents explain how Los Angeles will be 'their' place as they drove in an driveway.

The seventeen year old was impressed by the structure of the house. Its brick walls really screamed out old. She likes old, unique stuff. She exit the car and stood on the green grass.

There's something about this house. Whether it's old and it seems to have that scary house vibe or something else. Her blue eyes flicker up to one window. There's seem to be something inside- she felt as if someone is staring at her.

"Chloe, help your father with the bags."She sigh. she glance at the window once more before turning around.

~

The door creak when it opens and Chloe had to roll her eyes. She carry a few bags while her father holds the boxes.

"This house will be a our new beginning."Her mother sigh happily.

Chloe turn to her father,"Can I choose my room?"She ask while dropping the bags and grab her box. She didn't wait for her father to respond. She was already going up the stairs. The wooden floors made clink noises with her boots.

She curiously stroll through the halls. Suddenly, the sound of running echo behind her. Chloe turn around to see a hood figure running towards her. She drop the box as she scream loudly. Eyes shut, she fell down to the ground.

"Chloe, what was that?"Her eyes open and she no longer see the figure.'

'What the fuck? I shouldn't have skip my medication'

Chloe was diagnose with Schizophrenia by many doctors; she was almost sent to an asylum but she moved away from that town. It's not that she is crazy- well she believes she's not crazy. Even though her parents told her that she had once  broke everything in sight- and got taser by cops. She doesn't remember that. But they moved again. People just didn't understand that she sees and hear things other can't- that doesn't mean she's crazy. Does it?

She close her eyes, she won't mess this up. She's going to be normal. She's not going to make her parents suffer and spend their money to move away... Again.

"Chloe, breathe. It's all in your head."She whisper to herself. She hears a low chuckle- chills runs through her spine. She glance up and her heart stop. She hopes she's not going crazy because standing above her is a young girl- long brunette hair, a mail boy hat on top, clothing looks like it's from the 50's. Chloe shakes her head,"It's all in my head. It's all in my head."She whispers loudly. She really shouldn't have skip taking her medication.

The young girl lift her right eye brow. She cross her arms, opening her mouth. Before she can say something, Chloe's parents slide beside her.

"Sweetie, look at me."Her father comforting
voice whisper in her ear. Chloe attention is still on the young girl.

"Darling, remember it's not real. Whatever you see or hear is all in your head."Her mother words stick to her head. It's not real. The young girl shakes her head before she disappears.

Chloe's father grab her hand, helping her stand up."Let's get you settle in a room." He help Chloe walk to the end of the hall and enter the room on the right side. The empty purple room seem to have a odd vibe. She can't be the only who feels this vibe. Apparently she is the only who feels this. Her father place the boxes on the floor."The movers should bring the furniture tomorrow morning."Her father explains."You should get some rest for tomorrow is your first day at your new school." The seventeen year old nod her head.

"Do you want anything to eat before you sleep?"Her mother asked.

She refuse,"I just want to sleep." They nod and said their goodnight as they close the door.

The room seems so dark. The purple of the room seems black. The window with curtains seems to cause shadows of the trees. Chloe grab two blankets and a pillow. Laying out the blankets on the wooden floor she lie down, not bothering to change out of her clothing.

She tug at the blanket, covering herself. She let out a sigh as she close her eyes, allowing slumber to take over her.

~

"No!"She sat up, awaken by a female cries. She sees nothing but pitch black. In corner of the room, with hazy vision, she notice a figure sitting.
Maybe she is crazy? The more she looks at the corner, the clearer the figure is.

She bite her bottom lip, afraid to make a sound. It's the same young girl from earlier. The girl seem to tremble in fear. As Chloe inspect the girl more she notice a bullet hole on the forehead of her head. Chloe watch with fear as the young girl's head stump down.

The window slam open causing Chloe to jump. Another girl with long brown hair enter the room. She look around the room before running towards the girl."No no no!"The girl shouts. Her tears free falling."Emily, no-please."

Chloe crawl away from them. This can't be happening. This all had to be a bad dream.
The closet door slam open and the loud sound of boots stepping on the wooden floor, echo her room.

"I fucking told you to stay away from my daughter!"A man's voice shouts. Chloe watch as the girl attempt to run out but the man grab her by the hair, pulling her to the ground.

The girl shouts and cries for help."Help me!"

Chloe cover her ears- the girl's screaming screech in her ear. The man grunt as he stomp on her chest. He reach in his pocket pulling out a hand gun.

"Any last words Stacie?"He laugh which made Chloe sick in the stomach.

"Hel-"The trigger was pull- not once- but three times. All aim directly at her head.

Chloe couldn't breathe- her breath hitch as the man turn around and face her. He lift his gun, pointing it at her.

He pull the trigger.
