It was Saturday evening and Mackenzie had nothing to do. Although she had just written that morning, she wanted to continue. She pulled out her diary and pen and wrote-

Dear Diary,
I know, two parts in one day, I'm just really bored.
Anyway, when I saw the little girl, I nearly freaked,
not because she's a fan, but because she was drawing attention.
"Mackenzie! My name is Olivia. I'm a huge fan! You're such a great dancer!" She gushed. I nodded and held my finger to my lips. She looked confused. "Please be quite and I'll reward you." I whispered desperately. When she heard 'reward,' her eyes became
the size of saucers, and she stopped talking. "Okay, I'll be quite." She whispered. I smiled, although I had nothing to give her. "Um, my surprise?" She asked, getting a little impatient.
"Oh, yes, your surprise." I said, opening my bag. She looked in my bag, before gasping and pulling out one of my headbands.
"Wow! Can I have this?" She begged. I quickly nodded, and she smiled and jumped around with joy.
"Now remember, Olivia, never tell anyone you saw me, because than I won't be able to be on Dance Moms anymore." I lied.
Olivia nodded. "Yep. I promise. I can't wait to see the new episode!" She squealed and bounced off.
Wow. Talk about close encounter.
I pulled my jacket hood over my head, although it was really hot, and walked on. Everyone stared at me, and I was nervous.
Suddenly, my phone buzzed.
This startled me, because I thought I had it silenced.
I took it out, and checked the home screen.

AMBER ALERT - ELEVEN YEAR OLD MACKENZIE ZIEGLER OF PITTSBURGH MISSING THIS MORNING.

I nearly had a heart attack.
---
Bed time.
Sincerely,
The magic girl called Mackenzie.

A tear dripped down Mackenzie's face at the memory as she turned off her light to go to sleep.

A/N- thanks for 126 readers.
Hope you're enjoying :)
