Ch. 22

Several hours after the fiasco, the dorm returned to its peaceful state, the boys were out practicing in their practice room.

The front door of the dorm opened and in comes one of Seventeen's manager, "Jungah? Where are you?" He called while taking his shoes off, he trotted in and open Jungah's room, "Jungah?" But no one answered, he checked the bathroom and evey room in the house, he was confused on why he couldn't find the caretaker.

Suddenly he heard someone's cries from the laundry room, his steps were fast and heavy due to his curiosity. He opened the door to find no one in the small room that was occupied with only a washing machine, that was until he realized that the source of the crying voice came from inside the washing machine.

He opened the lid and saw the little boy crying his eyes out while hugging his dinosaur plushie in his arms, "Dongjae? What are you doing here?" He asked softly, Dongjae only cried loudly, "Dongjae, where's your noona?" He asked again, his voice grew softer, "NOONA'S GONE! NOONA'S NOT HERE!!!!" he wailed loudly, his voice starting to crack and his face redened from all the wailing and crying.

The manager couldn't believe what he heard from the little boy, "your noona is probably in the grocery store, come on... come with hyung to the practice room, it'll be safer than being by yourself here" "NO!! I WANT NOONA!!!!" "Shh, shh... hey, we'll find your noona, okay? But right now you need to come with me, there will be Vernon hyung, Mingyu hyung, Dokyeom hyung" he said, trying to persuade the boy.

Dongjae thought for a second while still sniffling before he reluctantly raised his arms to be carried by the manager.

The manager brought him out of the house after helping him with his coat and shoes, he carried Dongjae all the way from the dorm to the not-so-far practice room, poor boy was still crying loudly with his face burried into the crook of Seventeen's manager's neck.

Once they're in the building, their manager brought him into the practice room and when the boys heard a loud cry, they immediately stop what they were doing and ran to their manager, "Dongjae-ah!" Mingyu were the first one to see the boy, Dongjae peeked over and quickly reach his arms out to Mingyu who steadily pick him up and rock him slowly, "hyung, why is he here?" Wonwoo asked as he stood next to Mingyu, everyone except Joshua gathered around their manager, completely forgetting their practice, "Jungah's not in the house and Dongjae was crying so I think bringing him here would be a great idea"

"Wait, Jungah's not in the dorm?" Dino exclaimed loudly, Joshua who was standing in the corner of the room stopped in his tracks and snap his head to the side, "yeah, she might be in the grocery store or maybe in the cafe-" "she wouldn't leave Dongjae alone in the house if she were, that doesn't make sense" S.Coups cut his manager off.

Dongjae was still crying in Mingyu's arms and God knows how many attempts the boys have tried to make him stop all those attempts include tickling him, making funny faces, persuading him and even a threat, but all those just lead him to cry even louder.

"Dongjae-ah, shh... don't cry... come on, stop crying please..." Mingyu plead while sitting down with his back pressed on the mirror, he was lightly bouncing Dongjae on his lap, "n-no! I-I-I w-want n-no-noona!!!!" He wailed, "Vernon! Have you tri- where's Vernon!?" S.Coups yelled as he scan through the pack of boys, trying to find their second youngest member, "he ran out back to the dorm, he tried calling Jungah but she won't pick up at all" Dino explained.

It was hectic, everyone had dropped what they were doing and try calling Jungah, she wouldn't pick up whatsoever no matter who called her, they even managed to convince Doogi PD to call her but still, nothing.
